I really need help of you guys on My previous Uk visit application that was denied. Below is the Decision of the ECO

I have said that i will be staying at TRAVEL LODGE MANCHESTER BIRCH M62 WEST SERVICE OF M62.
He said i haven't been to overseas before and i have not said my plan in uk beside sightseeing and shop for family. He said he is not satisfy that i will book my hotel off a motorway on my first trip to uk and that is not near any shops or places of interest. He said in the absence of such information it will be difficult for him to make any considered judgement as to my real intentions.

Therefor he denied my application under the paragraph 84(i)(c) of the nationality, immigration and Asylum Act 2002.
My right to appeal is also limited.

Here are my question: The application was denied 06th November 20014. last month when i got leave from my place of work. leave date 25th number to 5th of December 2014. I got all document from my company including statement cos the company will sponsor my trip.

Now i want to reapply Using invitation instead of Hotel reservation
I am now visiting London while my first application was Manchester
I want to my visit to base on end of the year holiday and my company will still sponsor me.
I am also to add additional document just like my stock confirmation

what are the document you think i must add to make reference to my first application that was denied??

If i should reapply now there will ne only one month difference is it possible??

Pleas help me out.

Please take your time and read about 10 pages back, documents needed for family visiting visa has been listed more than 20times here before, i'm even tired reposing them over and over again.

Apart from adding family pictures, marriage certificate and birth certificate of your kids....the rest of the documents are the same as when you are applying alone...you only have to multiple the cost by the number
of people traveling and submit the source of your income....payslips, bank statement....and for a business man..tax certificate will be added to the list.

Thanks

I want to apply for a tier 4 uk student visa.

I got a half-tuition scholarship and I have paid the balance of the school fees. I plan to stay with my aunt who stays close to the school.

I have 2.5 million as maintenance fees. Due to the 28 day rule, I'm qualified to apply on the 19th of december. However, my course start date is 5th January.

Please what is the possibility of being issued a visa and on time. I plan to apply at abuja.

I got my visa under two weeks this November. Just give yours a shot.

Good day, so what's the consensus average time UKVI/TP Victoria Island takes to return the documents?

I applied for a transit visa on November 5, and there's no updated on document collection yet. Though UKVI confirmed decision has been made and documents returned.

Thank you.
Go to teleperformance office where u submitted and ask for your documents.

Since your friend got similar message and still get his visa then you should be 100% positive that its the same case with this.

im actually nervous cos the decision was made with 5 working days which was really quick if im being honest although i went to uni in london and just moved back recently. could that be the reason why the process was so quick. Also do they really verify the docs from employers cos my employer letter was from lagos state and the ministry is a really messed up place. so i dont know if they called them at all.

I think that your company sponsoring a holiday was a big problem.
The company would have to provide very strong proof why they are paying for your holiday and what benefit they will get.

Were you asked in your application then if you have a brother in the UK?

Yes. I was asked. But i said NO. Also my sister and popsy had gone to the UK several times and listed my brother as a relative in their application. Now i am confused if i still continue to deny that i dont have a relative in the UK, and i listed my popsy in my application. wont they run a check on my oldman and discovered that he and sister have been to UK and mentioned my brother in their application?

Kindly help guys. Thanks.
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by ifyalways(f): 9:32pm On Nov 24, 2014
^ ^ I'm sorry but why do you want to lie?

If you have a brother who is clean and legal in the UK, why lie about that?
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by Laruze: 10:37pm On Nov 24, 2014
Well I lied then cos I might be refused by consular with the fact that my brother who went on a student visa in 2005 stayed back after his Prog.
