Threadmates who have purchase should try and comment here, that will also encourage intending investor atleast they will know that they are not in it alone. |

Let me list out the plot numbers that are either reserved after payment of advance as instalment or those that have paid in full for their plots. The plots taken are; 2 29 46 47 48 49 50 51 54 56 71 74 77 100 All other plots are free for selection as at this hour, I have in mind to buy up to 10 plots of land from this estate for myself, but I will allow every other person to choose before I pick the remaining 10 plots. As at this hour, these are the plots (shaded in black rectangles) that has been taken up, I have had a lot of inquiries in form of email and phone calls today about the available plots and reservations.

4 more plots have been reserved for payment early next week, they are plot numbers 52,53,55 and 57. We are expecting many more plots to be paid for within next week. This is a perfect Christmas present you can give to yourself this month. |

I spent a lot of time with my survey team marking out the roads on the ground and noting the actual plots that makes up these estate, where it started and where it ended. I am happy to announce that there are not to many imperfections with the topography (terrain) the area. We are going to continue this work tomorrow afternoon, no Sunday rest for me tomorrow, just bush hunting  1 Like |

There is something I did today, I started from Nike lake resort hotel, switched on my video camera and drove all the way to this estate. I was filming and driving at moderate speed. I am very disappointed as I cannot attach the video after trying for the past few hours. I will try and attach the video later this weekend or early next week. From Nike lake hotels on the new road to the junction where I swerved off the tarred road is exactly 7 minutes drive. From the tarred road to the exact land is about 6 minutes and around 350 meters. (This is a rough non tarred road so it will be faster when we grade this road) In total, the video is about 13 minutes long. I am sure it will help us understand the area in question better. |

I spent a lot of time looking at this house yesterday, especially how serene the compound looks. This is made possible by the planting of these decorative royal palm plants. I am thinking of adding this plant as a defining feature of this planned estate. I am looking at naming this estate "Royal Palm estate" To create the type of effect I need, I have to start making early arrangements for the planting of hundreds of this plant even before we start building houses here. I am looking at starting planting as soon as the rains start around May next year.

Wow! That will be quite wholesome. The proposed name for the estate sounds good and appealing. But just wondering if rights-of-way would have been clearly marked in May for planting the Palm. I'm interested in knowing how much per seedling (tree) and where it can easily be purchased in Enugu. Thanks |
