Hello sirs in the house. I have a big challenge that have been troubling my mind since and I know I can get help from here. I applied twice for UK visa last year but i was denied the two times even though I was a student den and I used my school as a connection to nigeria. The first application was done without an invitation but with an hotel reservation and the second application was done with an invitation from my cousin but still, I was denied due to not having a strong home tie to nigeria . Now, am a youth copper and I want to apply for UK visa again, please I need a guide line on what I must provide and I want to know if there are wider chances that I would be granted a visa dis time around.
Thanks in anticipation

thanks very much
justwise:

A. Very simple...do you have savings? Do you have property, cash or shares? Answer appropriately.

B. Give an estimate of how much you spend in a month.

C. Apart from the money your hubby spends on his family does he have brothers, sisters or spent on his mum&daddy? If no then state only the money spent on his family.

D. How much will the trip cost you? Flight ticket, accommodation etc ..you are the sponsor so you should know.

E=D, if the total cost is £500 for a example you can add 100 or 200 for incase

F How much is the flight ticket cost?

To know if 650 will be enough you need to calculate all the expenses and the result is your answer.

As a youth copper, I would advice you to wait till you eventually get a job, and use that as a leverage to bolster your application.
The reason or part why you were declined in the past, is the fear that you might not return.
If you apply a 3rd time and get rejected, it would seem all desperate.

Hello house, so my big brother who has Indefinate leave to remain in the uk plans to invite me over to visit in 2016. I will be 25 years then, the problem is due to health issues i have never worked a day in my life, i have no bank account and not married. I know i have no chances as it stands but is there anything i can do between now and then to ensure i qualify at least. Thanks!

If you apply and your health issues are flagged up, it would seem like you want to be a health tourist.
Not having a bank account, not married, no job, health issues etc etc etc, you are invariably arming the visa case worker with enough ammo to take aim !!!

Always maintain the same spelling on your international passport, degrees and other documents, the spelling should be the same when completing the form. You can approach your bank to correct the spelling mistake.

Hi @justwise and everyone else who can make sense of this please just joined this forum cos i really don't know what to do next i applied for a UK tourist just before the christmas holiday and included all the required documents to support it. only to pick it up yesterday with the following reason for refusal

< You stated that you have been employed since September2014 with Bleep and that you earn 234,000 per month. As evidence of your employment you have provided an employment letter dated 22/12/2014. Within this letter it states that you would be travelling to the UK with approval from the office to work on a clients project. You have also provided bank staement as evidence of your employment but these do not show any salary deposits as claimed therefore i cannot be satisfied that your financial circumstances are as claimed.

i have also addressed your application under paragrapgh 46G and i am satisfied you do not meet therequirements of 46G i ii and iii
i therefore refuse your application because i am not satisfied on the balance of probabilities that you have met all the requirements

your right to appeal is limited referred to in section 84(1)(c) of the nationality immigration and assylum act2002>

Heres the problem

1. My offer letter clearly states a date ofAugust 2014. A letter of permission to go on a break as i was to work during the holiday period was issued by my office and was duly included it was a one pager separate document dated 22nd december how could they have assumed this to be my offer letter when it was duly addressed to the consulate?

2. The bank statements submitted clearly stated payments of salaries since September by the company on a regular basis how they didnt see this still baffles me

3. The letter from the office to the consulate clearly stated that i was being allowed to travel in January to substitute my working on a project for a client here in Nigeria during the holidays. How in Gods name did this become me going to work on a clients project in the UK still baffles me.

Please advice on what the next best steps to take would be as im still wondering what exactly is going on in the british high commission

thanks

I think the letter sent by your company to explain the holiday was unnecessary and not clear thus was misinterpreted by them. They should have just introduced you as their staff, how much you earn and the fact that you have permission to go on leave that period. Not too late, they can still do so. You can explain in the additional information why you think they were wrong but don't sound like you are accusing them of being high on Christmas spirits.

I am saying it does matter. You need to get it all sorted out so that it does not end up like Evan/Evans Enwerem former Senate President that was booted out of the senate.

Nothing to worry about yet really, Dec 23 till 31st are not really proper working days, so your application is just about 10 working days.

Still select yes and state the year you were refused then explained that you can't remember but if it has to do with fake/forgery document etc then you may have a problem

Nothing like forge documents, I just can't remember the reasons of my denial and I lost the refusal letter, I was refused in 2010.
