What has really changed if you take away Hausa and put Igbo to the detriment of the Indigenous people of Rivers..

Lemme tell u about we igbos, we can relinquish our investments outside the SS, this is because we have recovered the investments 10 fold. Be it market built or be it houses built for rent.
