Day 4 of Jillian Michaels 30 days Shred. My arms are hurting less now, although I can feel my thighs shaking as I sit and type this

Just finished my own Day 2. Used 2 litre bottles of water today. Had a smoother ride this time just that I was panting more cuz of the added weight.

I should upload my progressive journey too, just waiting for Damiso to go first wink grin

Checked Konga and saw people complaining about the quality and it not playing (just 2 people sha out of 3 reviews)

This evening will be my own day 3, I was just too knackered that yesterday especially after the trauma that I had to undergo on the London Underground grin

You have challenged me was going to downgrade to Tin tomato grin but I will continue with my 2kg sized weights.
