Yea, it's been treated. Have you read some pages back? I know the person needs to send you an invitation, copy of house tenancy abi mortage receipt, account stmt, passport biodata page. Then for you copy of admission letter, doc showing your course start and finish dates, letter of approval from ur parents, ur acct statement, intl passport, photo passport... these re more like it, not accurate. Let's wait for the gurus in the house.

I don't know ur age. Is ur sponsor footing all the bills?

An alternative Justicia; someone applied for d spouse and kid jus recently, they were granted visa. if u can read some pages back (not too far) you will see the person am talking about. Then u can send a PM to get full info. Although it's best u read the thread to learn about people's experiences and not to make avoidable mistakes.

This is the question that you'd need to answer.

You shud even start by stating the exact reasons for d refusals, what has changed since then?
Then whats ur income like, are u going wt wife and kid or....? Bcoz of d financial burden.

Is Iberia good with time? My first experience with Iberia was 2013 i was waiting for someone to arrive Lagos on Iberia, the flight was delayed and arrived Lagos Midnight instead of 8:45pm.

I will prefer KLM, Air France or Lufthansa and i want to travel in September not October. I have been using wakanow and each airline website to compare price. I love Qatar airways so much, used Qatar to Dubai and my last trip to London but the trip to London via Doha was tooooo long so i want a Europe transit.

Bare in mind delays can be for a number of reasons, so may not necessarily be a common occurrence for one airline in particular, unless its Malaysian airlines which get delayed indefinitely I flew with Virgin to Lagos and on my return flight we had a delayed departure due to storms.

When I search for flights I use www.skyscanner.net

Will she need to apply for Student Visa? Or she can use her vistors (sorry if d question is stupid). Also wht kind of Visa will she get for her kids. Her kids are both US citizens. She can do everything whilst in the UK.
As a 10 years multi-entry clearance permit holder, she doesn't need to go to the embassy for student visa application, she can either apply for the school's admission online or whilst in the UK: all she has to do is to travel to the UK (and go to the iimmigration authority) to apply for the permission to stay longer than the regulated 6 months-per-visit rule on student ground.
As for the little ones who are American citizens, they can travel with her without visas, and if their mother gets the school's admission, and she gets the clearance to study, then, the children will be granted same permissions to remain in the UK with her.

take that advice at your own peril.

people on visitor's visa (irrespective of the validity of the visa - whether 6months or 10 years) are not allowed to school , work or switch to another category whilst in the country. doing so will just be a waste of time because your application will be outrightly refused, the application fee will not refunded and it will go down on your records that you tried breaking the conditions attached to the visitor visa.

she has to go through the student visa route just like everyone else and apply from nigeria and she has to fulfil all requirements.

there is a serious clampdown on student visas and even before the searchlight was beamed on this category, you cannot switch from visiting to student visa whilst in the country. (this was stopped over 10years ago if not more)

holding a 10years visa makes you no more 'special' than a person with 6months. the conditions remain the same - no work, no school and no recourse to public funds). the only difference between you two is that you've built a clean record over the years (by travelling often and sticking to the terms of your previous 6months, 2years and 5years visa) and you can afford to pay the 10years visa fee.

Your sister needs student visa (Tier 4) and she needs to apply for dependant visa for her kids, yes her kids are American citizens but that does not guarantee them a stay in the UK beyond 90days. Your sister's course will last 12 months plus.

One more thing, @raulphL mentioned applying from Nigeria, she has moved out of Nigeria to France for almost 2years now, so how will the application work, will she need to come to Nigeria back. She's temporarily living in France.

You need to be sponsored by a UK company which will issue you with a Certificate of Sponsorship. The job must earn over £21,000/yr. Without this you can not apply for a Tier2 or 5 visa
