That is entirely up to you, you can start any time you want.

About the only thing in Bangor (North Wales) is the University.
You may find it simpler to book a Hotel for one or two nights.
Then you can ask around the University and students union for accommodation. There is plenty available but a lot do not advertise on line.

Yes you need UK bank account for that.

Why not go to their shop in the city where you live?

In any town centre you see shops like Topshop, Next, Bank, primark, and many other shops selling winter jackets at affordable prices

How petite is petitediva14? Your best bet is probably to shop in girls section and not ladies section aka kids section

Before you sort your banking details in the UK, head to a cash point, withdraw money and give a friend that already has a UK account and they can order for you, with their debit or credit card.

Two ways to go about this, either open an account here in the Uk for your internet transactions or inform your bank in Nigeria that you would love to use your card outside the country to purchase goods or services online. I would prefer you open a UK bank account as it is the easier of the two options and cost effective. Asking your bank in Nigeria to activate your card for internet purchases will likely take time to resolve.

Okay. I just bought stuff from matalan's online shop so that it could be delivered before we went on holiday. I used my Visa credit card and it accepted my details.
