1. each time I enable background data an app called Gstore will automatically download. This app keep bringing pop ups and downloading other apps

2. even when my data is off my battery keeps draining. I have changed the battery still no change. once it gets to 40% is starts draining rapidly. my battery moves from 15 to 0% in less than a minute.

3. most times when I on it, it starts "updating apps". it takes up to two minutes before it completes.

I use infinix hot s, now says unfortunately Twitter has stopped working, and I tried to uninstall from my phone by going to setting and app, but when I tried to, it says settings has unfortunately stopped, and have tried to reboot my phone so many times, it's same issue

The only thing the engineers can do is to change the battery and if changing it battery fail to bring it back to life then sorry. The chipset may have been affected and if that is the case I fear dry fasting and prayers cannot bring it back to life.

Maybe when the phone was charging it started heating up but you were not aware. If you were, you might have removed the charger.

Do you have a computer? You will have to download the ROM for your phone and flash it yourself. Good morning , my tecno j8 boom is acting strange this last few days, it becoming slow in response , when watching videos the voice is faster than the action , the video would hang and skip especially when i try to fast forward even the one that were playing fine before . good morning how are you?. First off you may have installed an app that is drawing your ram.

Solution
Boot you tecno j8 into safe mode and test it again. Try to play same video or do some stuffs, if it fast it definitely and app.
Try this. Power off your tecno completely, then hold the power button and the volume up and down button simultaneously. When the tecno boots, take off your hand from the power button. On the left of your phone, you will see safe mode.
