Oh yes thats what i did on my desktop i disable my antivirus completely and try it again and it was open. But when i close it and wanted to open it again it keep demanding to run, i thought it should run just once but each time i wanted to open it i have to keep running. Is there anything i can do about it? But when i reacivate my antivirus back it open but it still brings out the run page. If it continue that way my antiviru will block it again that's my fear.

However i wanted to upgrade my laptop before i can do something on it. Pls how do i command the antivirus to ignore a certain program instead of disabling or uninstalling it? I will also looks forward for the other setup link and guide you promised on my email so i can start practicing it. Thank you and God bless you.

I was able to open up the phone and noticed that dat one of the charging pins was broken and shaking. the touchpad is not broken. what do u advice...thanks

Can you upload a picture of it. In most cases, the network antenna is at the bottom of the casing and not at the top close to the camera.

The Lumia MIC can be repaired. The HTC screen is availability depends on your location. Where do you live?

Oily? You must have tampered with something or maybe it fell down. Try resetting the camera settings to default or download camera 360 and juxtapose both. The last resort is to factory reset the phone if that doesn't work for you. Hope it helps

This could be the reason for the problem. The battery is drained and cannot charge, cannot power the phone. To be sure, if you can, try power the phone with another fully charged battery.

As for the charging port terminate that is broken, you will have to get a good technician to fix it. Please remind me the model of the device once more so I can send the panel picture on how to fix it in case any thing goes wrong.

1 -Regular internet activities including downloading while charging kills battery faster that even running apps.

2 -Yes the inbuilt battery can be changed and you can see the procedures here in How To Replace Tecno W3 W4 C8 C9 CX N9 Battery

3 -Downloading games from other sources apart from play store is unsafe for you phone. Do not try it as you may download virus into your phone.
