True. The reason is that there are many Rochas' haters all over the internet.

The most surprising thing is that there are educated people among them who tend to lose their senses at the mention of Rochas.

Each has his reasons but most are simply because of zoning. Okorocha has done enough and still doing more.

You guys just like unnecessary quarels and attacks over nothing. I see no sense in your comment. You could have as well kept quiet if you have nothing sensible to say.

I'm not a Rochas fan, neither do I agree with most of Abagworo's submissions about Rochas and Ndi igbo. But I see no sense in unnecessary attacks when there is nothing sensible to contribute to the whole conversation or when an attack is not directed at one. It makes the whole thread and conversation childish.

Brother I wonder ooo. Hmmmm, can hatred makes one to act foolishly like this?

I still need his version of definition of flyover.
Thanks a lot for your good work here.

This is the real deal. Good for exporters all we need now is pineapple orchard, plantation plantation. Cashew plantations etc around IMO or neighbouring states like Abia

Seeing this Okgwe Stadium, very beautiful,

and
Seeing Orlu Stadium started before it,

Considering:
Orlu is a larger urban centre, by far more populated than Okigwe;
Okigwe has 6 lgas this stadium is bult for,
Orlu has 12 lgas,

Is there no problem somewhere?

Is Imo government not in trouble against Orlu?

Oku di over, it's owelle on the beat!
Lol the south east governors are firing from all cylinders. They should keep up the tempo.

Seems the centenary towers are topping out gradually,
Got a glimpse of 'em at the media chat of owelle, at the commemoration of the seventh anniversary of his administration.

It is my candid wish that details are followed to the later.
As can be seen from the 3d rendition, there is an appealing ambience of coziness on the landscape, see how lushness redefines the structure, and beautifies it even more,

From my observations, owelle got taste, lol atleast naija standard, he shouldn't compromise his standards,
If imo can pull this through, I believe other states will fall in line.

I posted photos of level of work at the underground multistorey car park earlier. I believe it must have surpassed this stage by now.

That's the only part I tend to disagree with him though. However among all the people out right now, his son inlaw is the best. I'm waiting for some class of people and if none of them comes out then I will support his son inlaw.

Wow yummy I must say,
Owelle Obrigado!

From all indications, owelle hinted he wants to finish strong with a happy ending, would work till the dawn of may 30th 2019, if he pulls through, then he must have raised that bar for the next successor.

Abagworo and arinzeejikonye, I am particular about this project. I don't want the project abandoned.

I like that Rochas is embarking on daring projects but I am worried about the possibility of their completion given the meager allocations and deadline of one year from today

It's high time we started changing the skyline of South east region with skyscrapers. We shouldn't be taking first position from behind in southern Nigeria

The demand is necessitating the revolution, that paradigm shift is now. The developers got to make sure it encompasses features of mixed use, so variety will keep the longevity of the development on a long life span.

It is incontrovertible to note that without the hospitable dexterity of the private sector, this project will go the way of "Nigerian factor"

It is high time the imo state government pulled up her sleeves and started lobbying for imo state to host sporting events and competitions in the state.

Like asaba will be hosting the African athletics championship this coming August,

Pitakwa hosted African wrestling championship,

Uyo is the new Citadel for the Eagles,

Abuja is gearing up for national sporting tourney,

These sort of events opens the Vista of the city to local and foreign visitors,

Who will boost the hospitality industry by spending time and money in lodges, hotels, eateries, restaurants and clubs,

To make up for the mix,
Owelle should have a tripartite arrangements,

1.the Dan anyiam in owerri,

2.the orlu sport complex,

3.the okigwe sport complex,

Though we got to factor in the limitations of resources, but they should be simultaneously given attention for commensurate result.

From the okigwe stadium, I can see a structure behind under construction at the fourth floor, I guess it's a hotel, if that is accomplished, it would be the much anticipated midas touch.

Impossible is nothing!

ROCHAS is truly working.
Would prefer ABC motors man to be next governor hopeful could inject some corporate standardization ,
Effective state planning, a different approach to ROCHAS haphazard developement( mind you, it's far better than the efforts of 3 eastern states , aside ebonyi state, )( at thw end of the end, rochas could have eatwn the money and do nothing. But he chose to work with it. , so that should be commendable , within Naija context

failing that, uche nwosu for continuity.

But seriously what's up with Abia state ?

Maintenance has always been one of the banes of Nigerian projects and artificial looks finer. Some organizations reject artificial turfs for various reasons but it's acceptable to an extent.
