I started taking zinc and vitamin c 1000mg..
I took both once daily.

According to the test results..my sperm count is normal, just low motility..which I haven't even buy the drugs doctors prescribed yet..just taking only zinc, and vitamins..enough vegetables and fruits..morning, afternoon and night...
My wife too did has and she took medication too...
Some things I read here were helpful too.

Here is the problem, our sheltered visit with doctor early this August was on 4th, we sent dia and doctor request my wife to reduce after scan to know if her tube is properly opened cos the initial one hsg and scan we did proved her tube was blocked.

We paid and she went in for the scan, the results got the radiologist confused and he requested us to do pregnancy test, but we should first see the doctor again.
We went in saw the doctor and he requested we did pregnancy test, the test was conducted nd behold my woman is pregnant... I was very happy, same as she..
Now, that very day was the same day I bought the drugs prescribed by doctor that will help my sperm nd motility... I bought it before going dia.
I came back nd I'm still taking the drug's.

My question here is
Is it advisable i stop taking it?
Should I still go for another sperm analysis test after the October??

Step 1...
You buy clomid or letrozole. It's an ovulation induction drug. To be taken for 5 days. You either start on day 2 of your cycle... that is second day of menstrual bleeding till day 6....OR start day 5(start counting day 1 from first day of menses) till day 9. Then stop. It will trigger your ovaries to produce eggs and usually you will get more than one mature Egg

Step 2. On your day 10( remember to count from day 1 of menses) You have to go to a lab to do TVS aka transvaginal scan. It's the scan where they put a probe...into your vagina to see your ovaries and uterus.
Tell them to tell you the size of follicles your ovaries recruited... if the biggest ones are up to 20mm to 23mm) good.

Step 3
Take HCG injection. It is an injection that supports your hormones to trigger the release of those mature follicles. You're supposed to have bought it and kept. The one to buy is 5000IU. Get a nurse from a pharmacy to inject you on your bumbum. Within 48hrs YOU MUST OVULATE...so no dulling or guessing you know the day to start banging 🤣

Step 3 alternative
HOWEVER if on day 10, you discover that the follicles were not up to 20mm.. let's say 15mm and below, it means it still needs time to grow, don't use the HCG injection. Just scan again on day 13/14...then use the HCG. Don't wait beyond day 15 to use the HCG.

STEP 4
From the day you are injected with HCG bang with your husband till the next 4-5 days.

STEP 5
Start using progesterone from day 15 till you do pregnancy test 2 weeks later. You can buy the tablet progesterone called Duphaston or the vaginal suppositories...the one they insert in the vagina every night..it's called cyclogest. It's also sold in big pharmacies. When you buy it... keep it in the fridge.

STEP 6
If God show you mercy and it clicks... that is you tested and you are pregnant... continue with the cyclogest or switch to cyclogest if what you were using before was Duphaston.

STEP 7
You can still buy baby aspirin aka vasoprin...be taking once day from that same day 15 and even continue after you are pregnant. Same with the prenatal called pregnacare conception. This one can start from day 1 of period.

STEP 8
If you are over 40yrs old or you know that your ovarian reserve is not plenty...try to use supplements like CO10, DHEA, vit E to help boost your egg before you begin this process to increase your chances of getting quality eggs that will likely yield positive pregnancy

NEXT STEP
You can only try this process if your tubes are open, u dont have fibroid, you have not reached menopause and your husband sperm is either average or very good.

I have been a crypto trader for 7 years and literally made 90% of my money from crypto which set me up. I bought properties worth millions , my car, one for my mom and settled a few persons and finally got married to my longtime GF. I felt untouchable and didn’t for once think things would take a different turn in my life. However, my life took a drastic turn when I lost my daughter shortly after birth. I realized it’s quite difficult for some people that have seen millions of naira to start learning a new skill or going to school.. it’s actually one of the hardest things to do. it takes a different kind of motivation and drive to push urself.

I don’t know how it happened but I found myself going back to trading again, I keep dipping my hands in my long term cryoto investments each time I needed capital to trade since it was taking forever for the coin to grow.. (if I had left what i invested, it would’ve been worth $300k by now with the 25m from my property I sold )

It was really a humbling situation for me. I went from having my life figured out to fighting again for my life… All these period my wife was already pregnant again after she got a miscarriage after loosing our first child. So now I’m not just fighting for myself and wife but a child is in the picture now.. things got worse in the new house we moved to as I kept loosing money on money.. I never had any profitable month in the new house.. I usually have eye for good projects to invest in but I began loosing my confidence and ended my selling so many good projects I invested in before they breakthrough.. I’ve had a case of missing out on a project that would’ve giving me $600k just because I sold it too early. Several other projects too. It was a repetition of circles. If I probably had travelled years ago when things weren’t this bad in Nigeria and I still had lots of resources, I doubt I would be in this situation..

Selling that land feels right now like I’d be starting life afresh with no property to my name… it hurts me so bad I’m even ashamed to explain this to anyone. Only my wife understands the level of damage that has happened in our lives the past 2 years. I can’t even tell my mom details of all of these.

I’m writing this out there so people can learn one or two from it,, I’d be 32 in few months time and I’m picking up myself by learning a tech skill and relocate from the country. I also plan relocating to Abuja first so I can be close to the embassy as regards to visa interviews runs etc I want to dedicate the next 1 year in traveling runs and perfecting a tech skill I can bank on when I travel. My story is quite deeper than this but I’m not a long writer so I just touched the most important part.

I will probably come back here in a year time or 2 years to write my progress in life . Thanks for reading

You know in this life, we can only try, it is God that gives the increase. One thing that caught my attention in your writing is the fact that you are the only one doing well in your family from A - Z.

You dont need a prophet to tell you that what you are going thru is spiritual. Is it that everyone in the family is lazy and no one is trying to make it, that all of them failed, and that life suddenly smiled at you. If you drill down, you would realize there is something special about you and until you discover yourself, you might just be going in circles.

I would advise you not to sell any property again till you have a clear road on what happening to you. i can tell you foe free that selling that house might not give you the results that you need. You need to clear your head and go back to your maker for direction. You are 32 which means you still a very young man with a whole life ahead of him.

When you mum said you should not marry your wife, did you ask questions about what she saw, or did you engage her to find out the reason why. What have you observed about your wife also? What dreams have you been having?

I noticed that when i use my car with AC for a very long time and it get very hot, the car begins to jack, vibrates inshort it would look the car is having a nervous breakdown.

Check the fan and ensure its working especially when the AC is turned ON.
Also, change your radiator to double cell and then observe again.
If you are not able to change the radiator now due to financial constraints, then go to the car wash and let them use their pressure hose to wash the radiator.
It can probably be clogged with dirts.

Please I just changed my Engine and the car has been working very well.

I got into traffic and 30 mins into the traffic, it was a day when the sun was so Hot, and I was on AC prior to entering the traffic.

I noticed my car started showing high temperature and I put of the AC and I didn't have no issues. I have always used the car with the AC since I changed the Engine and never had any issues although I have never encountered that kind of traffic before.

Talked to my mechanic said I should change the radiator to a double cell.

What could be wrong and the permanent solution?

I had same issue with my last engine too that one once I enter traffic for 10 mins or more the temperature rises very high.

No you can not use the regular scanners for a cvt gearbox. You need a high end scan tool. Find someone who is an auto electrician that has links to someone who owns such a tool so that you can read fault codes from your cvt gearbox.

Is your own the type with the regular automatic or the cvt gearbox? When last did you change your transmission fluid? What exactly fluid did you use? Now that the weather is hot if you have substandard fluid in your sump it will affect your gearbox due to it's temperature not being within the right operational parameters especially after a short drive.

See, try to get a scan whenever that lncident happens next so that you can pinpoint where exactly the issue is coming from so as not to compound the issue with your mechanic.

From experience, it could either be caused by dirty/worn out fluid, wrong type of fluid (solution outright change of fluid) , an electrical issue eg. one of your solenoids malfunctioning (solution change of bad solenoid or tracing loose wiring) or worse a valve body issue (solution change of gearbox)

So apart from the fluid change the other solutions will depend on a comprehensive scan of your vehicle's gearbox system. Especially the portions I bolded in the write-up above. For the issue to rectify itself after you drove into a pothole it is possible it might be loose wiring.

I used Addinol CVT oil.. it's a CVT transmission.

How can I scan the gear box.. is it the regular scanners.

Whike it was moving once it disengaged itself, I entered a pot hole it connected back and moved a bit before it disengaged again.
