HealthRe: Stopped Smoking? How Did You Manage It? by 1forall:
It's good to read other people's efforts to quit the deadly habit. Smoked for 18 years stopping for 9 months during the period (that was 6 years ago). Thank goodness I've quit for good now and it's 4 weeks today grin grin
I know it's early but God forbid I invest my money and body in that lifestyle of absolutely no gain anymore.

From my experience, if you develop the habit and then quit, staying off tobacco needs to become for you a continuous conscious action. Agreed it gets easier with time but you're still vulnerable (even if slightly) to picking it up again so guard your non-smoking status actively, and don't believe you're infallible and begin to tread dangerously or hang around those places where your mind will easily deceive you again.

My little advice for anyone wanting to quit is win that battle with yourself first, and CONCLUDE that you truly NEED to stop - it's the 1st step.
As for me I shall continue to develop my new habit of notsmoking

Lawyer: "Doctor, before you performed the autopsy, did you check for a pulse?"
Witness: "No."
Lawyer: "Did you check for blood pressure?"
Witness: "No."
Lawyer: "Did you check for breathing?"
Witness: "No."
Lawyer: "So, then it is possible that the patient was alive when you began the autopsy?"
Witness: "No."
Lawyer: "How can you be so sure, Doctor?"
Witness: "Because his brain was sitting on my desk in a jar."
Lawyer: "But could the patient have still been alive nevertheless?"
Witness: "Yes, it is possible that he could have been alive and practicing law somewhere."

There's more to this than we read/hear in the news.
Or isn't it weird that similar things happen whenever someone appears to be making headway in AIDS research?

In previous news, Keshi admits Ameobi problems: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20844286
And in today's news: https://www.nairaland.com/1149144/shola-ameobi-shuns-keshi

Stephen Keshi see now oh, 2 invitees have turned down your call up, Ameobi no even gree carry your calls grin

Well Keshi can now invite the players originally left out like Odemwingie & Martins to fill the gaps.
How Keshi handles this will show us his level of professionalism.

Mrc1: But that Chelsea team was still good enough to beat QPR.
Lampard, Marin, Oscar, Moses all played, plus Hazard came on in the 59th minute. Players must take responsibility for that loss.
I wouldn't agree. That was an experimental team. Realize that set of players was playing together for the 1st time. Yes good individual players but no cohesive play, didn't you see the 1st half?

ehispapa: keep quiet dont fergy rotate for man utd? always looking for whom to blame
Some rotations are forced due injuries/suspensions. Ferguson has managed united for 26 years and can take such risks, even at that it has backfired sometimes. So in this case Rafa should still take the blame as manager.

BTW, you don't tell people to keep quiet on a forum.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Chelsea Vs QPR (0 - 1) On 2nd January 2012 by 1forall: 10:43pm On Jan 02, 2013
Didn't Rafa learn that 'you don't change a winning team' from his coaching classes?

Benitez to blame for the loss tonight.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Job In Qatar by 1forall: 9:39pm On Jan 02, 2013
lanreecom: I HAVE BEEN THERE! Like someone said, he should be given a benefit of doubt. really i know all about this Qatar "parro" i have been there and back. what i will advice anyone who is interested in going for the Qatar working visa to do is find a way to get him to reach an written signrd and sealed agreement with you if truely they are going to give you the job when you get there or else what most of them do is provide you a kind of "Arangee" Employment Letter which will only help you to cross the Airport but the company which own the Letter Head paper they used does not need your service.

If not, When you enter the country, then the battle to get a job has just started.
Oh well guys there you have it, there's always a catch ain't there? OP you see now? We don't want deceptive job posts on this forum, contacts blocked jare.
