Everything that is currently wrong with Nigeria can be corrected by suing the FG to the Supreme Court for judicial interpretation - from quota system to JAMB cut-off, to states power. Other things can be corrected by Constitutional Amendments arising from motions and Bill's in the National Assembly

Let me help you it means the 2nd companynow has more passengers to himself, what does that mean? it means he can buy more buses, what does that mean? it means he can employ the drivers that were laid off by the 1st company. Because he is now operating 10 buses instead of 5, he can get his busses cheaper next time he want to replace his fleet because he will get bigger discounts, it means he can buy spare parts cheaper because he is buying in bulk.



You are the one who should use your brain!!!!! The man in america who wants to come to nigeria is not going to say i'm not going to Nigeria because american airlines are no longer travelling, instead he will be forced to take Arik, what does this mean? it means Arik is earning more forex than it would otherwise earn, it means Arik is more profitable because it's planes will be full. More profits for Arik means more investment and expansion. If Arik takes over these 14 countries it means Arik will need more planes, more discounts more profits, more jobs.


Furthermore you don't seem to understand that all ticket sales in Nigeria by foreign airlines are remmited back home to the home country of the airline. How many jobs is Iberaia, anerican or any of these companies providing in Nigeria for the amount of forex they are taking out? These airlines repartriate $1.5Billion in ticket sales every year!!!! Demand for forex is one of the reasons why the naira is weakening, the fewer the companies that demand forex the better for the naira. So I would rather airlines that are bringing in forex (local airlines) than airlines that by definition will always repartriate any sales they make here.


Now if local airlines refuse to rake advantage of the opportunity...that's a different matter but I beleive Nigerians should welcom their exit, they are fundamentally parasitic to the economy because they invest nothing here as evidenced by the fact that as soon as things detteriorate they back their bags and leave!!! They have no skin in the game!!!

We all know that Owerri high court judgement was staged. Ogah has been on this case since Dec 2014, a year and 7 months was taken b4 judgement was delivered. Nwosu's case was all a script, written, filed and delivered within 2 working days; the fastest in the history of this country.

Anyway, it is only an appellate court that can over-rule the federal high court's decision.

You cannot unilaterally put a contract in abeyance because you have now come to see a clause in it as infringing on your rights. Unilateral discontinuance is only possible in cases of force majeure,which is not applicable here. If the student entered into the contract knowing that he would not abide by the terms,then he is not only mischievous but equally culpable of a breach.
The law does not prohibit guests from passing the night with their hosts,which is why I mentioned rules and ordinances as agreed upon by property owner and would be occupants.

A rent or lease is a contractual agreement entered into by the property owner and would be tenant. The rule not allowing guests to stay beyond a specified time or pass the night in some students lodges is predicated on security. If the student was in agreement before he moved into the room,he could be charged with breach of contract and security protocol. He can get away with murder but not manslaughter as it appears he was defending himself but ended up killing the landlord.
The landlord though unfortunately dead would have been charged with forceful entry,forceful enforcement of rules and ordinances,assault and battering and inducing coitus interruptus.

APC dished out too many campaign promises and propagandas against last government, placing high hopes in many Nigerians and convincing to perform miracles and even one year after they were still blaming past government without telling Nigerians the true state of affairs in our economy.
Today APC and BUHARI is in the presidency, there is no hope for the economy the preached to have understood before inception, I expected a robust, proactive and resilient approach in agriculture, industrialization, improved local production and purchasing, development of impact youth empowerment programmes to resuscitate the economy, but none is the case.
The serious witch hunting of oppositions in the name of corruption fight has never helped our economy one bit, and many are afraid to invest in the country for fear of government approach.
Too many problems has been created within the last one year, OIL price is not the problem but the management and incapable hands at the economy of this great nation.

There has been case studies of how governments have successful shielded nations from commodity price drop,through sound economic policies and besides, this is not even a global recession.Was it this bad in 2007/8.
What is the point stopping rice importation when,our local industry does not have the capacity to cope with demand locally.
How can a leader be encouraging Nigerians of this age to only farm,when doctors,engineers and other professional are all around this country.
Any good government is never afraid of debt,what it is afraid of is a crippling economy, because a working economy can service it's debt since capital is committed to produce good and services which employ people,and tax returns for government expenditure ,but a crippling economy is simple the death of capital,there is no production,no service and no taxes. The concept of driving a car is not the same for an airplane,but it seem Nigerians have employed a driver for our aeroplane.
Good luck with that,is the least I can say.
