Go and get an external decoder (e.g. strong decoder) or satfinder and use it to set up your satellite receiver dish outside.

Then remove the decoder and configure the inbuilt satellite receiver there to the settings you used on the external decoder or satfinder.

Also, they don't determine who pays and when they pay dividend. To know when a company will pay and how much, you'd have to follow their news and submissions to NSE.
