1 it is her words against her fathers since there is no proof.
2 her mother disproved her, same with her other siblings and relatives
3 no child of seven or eight can be raped without tell tales that will attract her mothers attention.

Daily exercise will strengthen her back muscles to carry the load. I still would encourage her to go for the surgery. She is going to regret reducing them due to lack of attention from males.
