What prayer should you pray for your unrepentant village head witch that has killed over hundred people and is still a witch? should it be prayers of blessings?

If someone has killed six of your relatives, of which you know that about five of them died as sinners, should you pamper that enemy? should we pamper enemies that increase the population of hell fire? should we pamper enemies that do not want to repent until they have killed 200 people?
