Hello, so a friend of mine had unprotected sex, and while her boyfriend didn't cum in her she wanted to be sure and so took postonor 2 but her period has yet to show up 13days after when it usually is supposed to have.. And while she hasn't done any test in the clinic, she has done some home tests that gave negative.. I want to know if it's Normal or there could be something wrong.

It is normal to have this alteration especially if the Postinor 2 was taken during her ovulatory phase in her cycle. The extent of extension of the bleeding time may also depends on other factors too,such as poor nutrition, stress, underweight, menstrual cycle irregularity etc. She should have a serum pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy completely, and just wait some time more for bleeding.

Yes it happen with soft drinks cakes and when I put raw sugar in food e.g pap. I don't experience this when I eat food rich in carbohydrate like Eva or fufu

2. Consume alcohol in any bases?
3. Consume any kind of body stimulatory substances?

Dr . I always feel waist back pain at my lower back immediately after consuming sugary stuff like soft drinks and cake. I can't even put sugar in food. I know too much sugar consumption is not good but my body should be able to tolerate a bit of it.
What can cause and how can I stop it

But the food you eat are staples of carbs which eventually will break down into molecules of sugar during digestive process. How do you come to observe this? Does this happen with only soft drinks and cakes? Has anyone within your family lineage complaint of this before?

I checked online and I see that is use vitamin C it will go.....i take vitamin C and d pain now gone...... Pls, what can u deduce happened in this case....

It is easy to excuse for that due to its antioxidant property and much of its acidic nature. Thus, can skew in between helping an inflammation or making it worse. It is only transient and you were only lucky to have got no sequelae.

1. He should see a doctor incase this occur again. Meanwhile, he should have his feaces sample for occult stains,and a red blood cell count with PCV done for the sake of history keeping.

Go and do the fecal analysis for larvae of pinworms or the worms itself with unintending bacterial loads. You may also need to do a white blood cell count with its differentials.

There are many causes to rashes in the hand rounding from infection to allergic and then to dermatological condition. I would advise you to seek a physical doctor's help on this reason being that you aren't too present to answer questions and I wouldn't want to wait for any slowdown.

the discharge is from the anus it’s itches mostly at night .

If this condition has taken a year plus, why haven't you gone to the clinic for an evaluation, and if you had, what did the doctor say about this?

I just pray it is a treatable condition.

Those medications can help reduce and manage the pains especially if it is coming from tilting of the muscles. But then it would have been better if I also have a view of the xray report too for me to know if this is treatable ( curable in a sense) or not. But in the absence of it, kindly follow treatment as directed by your doctor and when this round of management is done, please let him know of it to know what next is in line to do.

But currently, I am feeling just mild burning throat, mild acidic taste in my teeth, mild rough tongue, dry surface tongue, mild burning tongue and mild chest pain. It is expected to have weight loss on a recurring GERD. My main problem with your doctor's prescription is slight. I see it improper to prescribe PIP (as in Omeprazole) and H2-receptor inhibitor ( as in Cemitidine) together. It is not acceptable as the PIP can never work optimally in the presence of H2R inhibitor. This may just be a reason for the symptomatic treatment (as with the antacid) rather than a managemental treatment. With this, I don't see how you may improve at all until the treatment plan needs to be well adjusted and planned.

out the semen and took postinor 2 in the morning (about 13hrs) after. Then i later took the second pill at exactly 12hrs from the first pill.

I am just a bit worried because i don't want to take in.

Should i be concerned? Is there anything else i need to do?

Emergency contraception typically works by delaying ovulation. It may also make the lining of the uterus less receptive to implantation. If you already ovulated, it's less likely to be effective.

Regarding your last sentence, you are wrong. Your second sentence does not connect with the last. Let me create the connection. Should ovulation fails (the next process===>fertilization must occur), and already less receptive nidus for the embryo can not lead to pregnancy. So, whether ovulation has taken place or not, Postinor 2 wins provided times of use is kept.
