As a woman, your scents are very important, especially the one from your mouth. Men too, but this thread is about you. Why?

It is said that women have a higher sense of smell than men. How then, do some of you feel okay having such bad breath when you go out with a guy? ONE time is forgiveable, but when it's every single time he meets you, you have lost that man.

So many women get ghosted everyday because of their inability to breath-check. You can be fine and have the right dress, but it all comes crashing down when you talk at his general direction.

Besides him dreading the thought of ever kissing your gbofing mouth, his mind will be thinking that if you cannot even manage the smell from your mouth which is right under your nose, how can you be trusted to manage the smells from your vagina? I promise you, this is what he is thinking.

Contrary to what many think, brushing alone is not enough. Here are some other uncommon ways to control your breath.

Solutions:
- Floss after every meal. At the very least, use toothpick.

- Drink water. Saliva helps to control the germs in your mouth. Dehydration makes you have less saliva. It takes the water you drink a lot of time to be absorbed into your body systems e.g to generate saliva, so drink water often.

- Check up with a dentist at least once a year. Yes, I know your Nigerian parents never cared about taking you to the dentist. But you are grown now. You can care for yourself better as a teen / adult.
