Bro, who does not overstay? most individuals are guilty of this crime.Even here in America, Ghanaians overstay.. Or do you think we do not have foreigners in Nigeria who does not overstay? Even in that same Ghana at the immigration office,I see Chinese who have overstayed. Do you think Americans or westerners don't overstay in Thailand or Philippines.. I am not in Ghana anymore. Well, I really don't know much about those stuff as I do not do illegal stuff but one thing I know about been in the force is that people want to be promoted and the day will come when they will use those guys as scape goat.

I am not here to judge you but ECOWAS made us family. ECOWAS States that a citizen of Ghana is the same citizen of an ECOWAS country.

A Cameroonian said to me, Nigeria shares border with Cameroon, but he pays non-ecowas fees for legal status in Nigeria. He tried to make me understand that we are family but our constitution don't see it that way..

Those guys are not cheap.most especially when you are a Nigerian and you enter police net,it is either you pay serious money or they put you behind bars for longer years. At KNUST then, there was a Nigerian student who stole laptop, he was caught and sent to the main prison in adum, kumasi. I think he had a longer sentence.. Till today, I don't know if he is out or not..

it has been happening and it is very common in the south west part of Nigeria.. Even in the west African region, mothers bleech their child's skin ... it is a common practice in cote d'ivoire.
