Crime › Re: How I Was Defrauded Of N3.2 Million And Almost Depressed by 400billionman: 3:49pm On May 31, 2019 |
obc: Kindly, help a soul before late.
My Story:
I paid a guy 3.2million since 2017 to supply me Zinc Ore but he defaulted . I have since reported the matter to his father, village king, and town union president, yet no result. I visited his house sometime last year and after much noise, he signed an agreement before his lawyer and my own lawyer to pay effective April last year, but reneged again.
His village king as well as his lawyer have since lost interest in the matter. They advised that having exhausted all peaceful means of recovering the fund; I am at liberty to explore other options since the guy refused to oblige.
I don't want to arrest him with the police in his state of residence because I know he can easily riddle his way out. Considering our judicial system, I think going to court would prolong the case.
A friend suggested that since I live in Lagos and him at the East, the best option will be using EFCC, Special Fraud Unit or Force CID to arrest him (debtor) after obtaining approval from IG's office which seems to be expensive. I visited SFU Ikoyi and was told that the petition to IG will cost me 60,000 to 100,000 while mobilization for the officers that will go for his arrest amounts to 250,000.
The above fund put together is almost 400,000 naira or more, which I don't have at the moment. I have since put my car for sale to pursue this case.
I have lost a lot in the course of traveling for this debt. I lost my job last year because I couldn't continue servicing the loan I took from First Bank and my place of work as well.
My wife is now the pillar of the family. The situation around me is so pathetic.
Please I need suggestions and anyone that can assist me pursue this case. I have print out of all the payment made to him(debtor), signed agreement by him and other documents.
Please help a brother.
I will appreciate if the moderators can help me push this post to front page. I am totally devastated with no hope at sight. Experience is the best teacher. You lack the mind for business. Perhaps after being pushed to the wall, one day you will man up. Pay someone N3.2m just like that. Not to a company. Hmmm... |

Crime › Re: Abuja Residents Apprehensive Of Kidnaping by 400billionman: 8:12pm On May 22, 2019 |
stagger: Sensationalist story. Abuja is the safest place in Nigeria. The only issue is the "one-chance" robbers in the FCT, and here we must place the blame where it squarely lies: the populace.
For years, the FCT administration and the DRTS (VIO office) has cracked down on unlicensed and unpainted vehicles known as "kabu kabu". But yet, people love to patronize them. On any typical day, you will see people just flagging down vehicles...any vehicle, even at night. It is like the culture here. Growing up in parts of Nigeria where such practice is frowned on because of safety concerns, this for me was one of the huge culture shocks I witnessed coming to the FCT.
Why would a sane person in today's Nigeria be flagging down a vehicle that is not a painted cab, with unknown occupants, just to be carried and dropped at a location in the name of saving money or for convenience? A woman had once walked to my car with her child and was asking if I was going in a particular direction early on a Saturday morning as I was heading to the mechanic. I asked her plainly whether she knew me before and I was like: what if I am a kidnapper? She just looked at me like a statue as I drove off.
So clearly, the govt here is doing its part by trying to sanitize the transport system. But the attitude of the people is clearly a problem. Use only painted cabs please. Abuja is safe because you have your own car nah. Anyway, you speaking from your point of experience is permitted. You won't know until you see. |

Nigeria is unable to tackle Terrorism, Bombings, Mass murder by Fulani herdsmen and Kidnappings.
What Nigeria loves to tackle is Pole Dancing, Yahoo Boys, Sports Betting and Banning Alcohol.

Investment › Re: The 6 Largest Individual Shareholders In MTN Nigeria by 400billionman: 10:59pm On May 20, 2019 |
Okoyeebows: Before you put 1 Naira in the Nigerian stock exchange, go and watch THE WOLF OF WALL STREET. Nigerian Stock Exchange is a place run by Judas Iscariots. Go and find out what Ndi Okereke Onyuike did there. Go and find out what Transcorp did there.
People regularly get burnt in that place of corporate scammers, you need sound financial education to make money there.
Let me tell you a secret Mtn doesn't want you to know. There is a company called MTN International (Mauritius) Limited, which has the controlling 76.08 per cent equity, or 15,485,544,050 shares valued at about N309.71 billion. Once they recoup their money paid as fine with extra by gullible Nigerians, they are getting out. That's exactly how Etisalat got a cash investment and Mudabala telecoms (the Arab owners) ran off with the money.
What most people don't know is that just last Friday, Mtn borrowed 200 Billion for a 7 year tenure from a consortium of banks just Friday 17th of May.
You see that fine mtn paid, they are stylishly collecting it back from Nigerians. They would eventually dump everything and run off like Etisalat. They are scamming as much people as possible preparatory to running away.
The banks they obtained the loan from know this but they don't care. They would willingly take over mtn like they did to Etisalat.
This same Gbenga Oyebode on Mtn board is the chairman of Access bank. Go and find out what Access bank did to Etisalat. Brotherly, leave them. The first place I burnt millions was in stock market. Like I invested my first two million naira there when I was worth nothing. I was having this thought of why sell shares today while MTN just part paid a fine in Nigeria then stumbled on your write up. People like richest man in Nigeria they are all rich trading on people's money. The corporate new comers don't care till their asses get burnt. |
