In that context, Jonathan was a disaster and so were a lot of APC governors. But at the end of the day, when it's all said and done you have to say the buck stops with Jonathan(Even more so for a centralised system as Naija). If I had the chance, I would've voted against Jonathan and any other failed governors, irrespective of their political party.
Politics is a dirty game of survival, and it's your responsibilities as citizens, to weed out the rubbish ones. So don't blame the 'failed' APC politicians for blaming Jonathan, as you guys should have voted them out as well.

Nigeria is a federation state not a unitary one

What is the role of the state governors? Is it to run to abuja every month to collect allocation? Can't the governors grow their states through ingenious economic developmental plans?

The only governors who have shown semblance of ingenuity is the Governors like Amosun, Dickson and donald duke ( these three come immediately in mind as people who have something in their head for development) amosun and dickson are currently removing the bureaucracy in obtaining titles like C of O for your property in order to allow property owners to use their property to obtain credit facilities from banks for economic development of their states

If the states aren't viable with federal allocation the sane too Buhari should do is to restructure Nigeria into regional blocks......afterall these states were created by the military governments without any due process

Honestly I am fed up with this tribal wars but if you take emperiacl evidence of all the tribal threads on naiaralnad you will see that it the yorubas that do it more than the igbos
