It's mostly 240p or 360p. It's not possible to use 1.3gb on one match. If that's your experience, wawuu.

Even WSS that has quality streams doesn't consume 1.3gb for me.

If you want to use NTEL on REDMI NOTE 3 Special Edition and it's not locking signal I have the solution for you.

Obviously you need custom recovery.

Or u can extract modem.img and Non-Hlos.bin from the zip file and use fastboot to flash them

for the OFFICIAL FASTBOOT ROM, you don't need to unlock bootloader. You flash with Mi Flash Tool

for the Custom Roms you need to unlock bootloader, install a custom recovery. *always remember to delete the firmware folder in the custom rom before flashing it* otherwise you risk re-locking your phone, or bricking it(you will then need edl mode to flash stock rom to revive it)

Softbrick.

Hold Power and Up button (or down button, i don't recall the right one again) till it boots into recovery. factory reset.

if it still doesn't boot you'll need to use SPFlash tools

search Tecno 8H on Nairaland. you'll find a thread with links to the stock rom.

Is the phone MTK or Snapdragon processor?

plug the phone to the PC with a good USB cable and check device manager if it is detected as HS-USB Qdloader 9008, QH-Usb BULK etc...

If it is, you need

1. the Fastboot ROM for the device

Unzip it, copy the folder containing the files like boot.img, about.img etc to C:\

2.

Unzip it and double click on the edl.cmd file

It will put the device in the mode where you can then use Xiaomi flash tool to flash the fastboot rom

NB: tick flash all partitions and lock option in Xiaomi tool.....

I have a hot 4, and nougat messed up its wifi reception.
The device was able to browse at max speed on my mifi and desktop routers. Once I upgraded, I could only browse on my desktop routers using a DNS changer, and even then, all I could do was surf. Google play Store was a nono.

On top of that, the phone can only see 2.5ghz bands.

BUT do you know putting a piece of white paper between the sensor and your skin makes it work?

Crazy, weird, ridiculous, unfortunate, but true

I just stuck a little piece of plain white paper with clear tape on mine, and it works fine now.

Funny thing I kinda like it like that because I don't like the green light it keeps flashing
