I am a bit perplexed as to whether it will be advisable to invest in the Nigerian Stock Market untill after 2007 .The political uncertainty can be a drag on the market and if anything  now will be the best time to sell.
The best time to buy will, depending on  the political situation, be after the elections in 2007.By then the banking and insurance sector will be particularly attractive.

there is a perception that Ferguson's succeses are simply down to finances.Apart from the agument that players like Scholes,Beckham,Neville,Giggs,Brown,Soljskaer e.t.c were signed for nothing.Let me remind everyone that Ferguson won the Scottish League 3 times in 5 years with Aberdeen and the European Winners Cup.Anybody who knows anything about Scottish football knows that it is very difficult to succeed against Celtic and Rangers.Wenger on the other hand won the French League only once with Monaco,a club with good finances.
Since then Ferguson has gone on to win the English league 8 times plus two European trophies,Wenger has won only 3 times with no European trophy.

What if Arsenal wins the Champions League? what if 50 Cents bcomes the US President ?what if cows could sing ?what if women could stop nagging?The answer to all these is that it will never happen.
The real question is when will Arsenal fans realise their folly and start supporting the real deal .A team that plays entertaining football,that has a rich history and the greatest fan base in the whole world!

I can understand the state of Arsenal fans.It is not easy supporting a team of underachievers but the only way Arsenal  can win on the 17th is  if Barca field a team made up of 11 chickens but even then Arsenal can be counted on to lose.The sooner Arsenal fans realise the abject state of their team ,the better.But perhaps,no offense ,it takes a feebleness of mind to support Arsenal

Militant Islam is a global threat not just to non-muslims but more especially to Muslims.Muslims understandly get tetchy when confronted with criticism of Islam,however some of those criticisms are valid especially in relation to Islamic extremism.We have seen with the Taleban rule in Afghanistan and the much publicised exploits of the likes of Bin Laden and Zarqawi,the ugly face of Islamic extremism.This is by no means confined to Islam,who can forget the likes of Timmothy McVeigh and the IRA in Northern Ireland,but it is most manifest in Islam today.
Beyond the well known acts of terror perpetuated in the name of Islam,there are also other examples of prejudice not commonly reported.In Saudi Arabia,two Filipinos were recently arrested for conducting a church service in the privacy of their homes,in Saudi Arabia it is a crime to conduct a non-Islamic religious ceremony.In Sudan, the President in response to questioning as to why the Air Force bombed a hospital in the South of Sudan,proclaimed that he did it because the inhabitants where infidels.These and many other innumerable examples leave a sour taste in the mouths of non-moslems.
Whatever the merits of the US invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan,it wasn't done in the name of Christianity,I know for a fact that most Afghans welcome the prescence of US troops who in their opinion freed them from the tyranny of the Taleban.
THE biggest criticism non-moslems have against moslems is that they do not condemn wholeheatedly acts of prejudice commited  in their name, instead they focus their angst on critics who raise valid  questions,thus giving the impression n that they if do not endorse these acts, at least acquiesce to them.
Islam is a great religion and its adherents would be doing themselves and the world a great service if they turned inwards and confronted those moslems who are damaging the image of Islam

Are the two necessarily imcompatible?Is it not possible that God set things in motion by creating life and then the various life forms evolved into their present  state.There is certainly incontrovertible evidence of the occurance of evolution even contemporarily .While common sence dictates that nothing can come out of nothing hence there must have been a higher being,i.e God,that is the source of life.It will be farfetched to ignore all the indisputable evidence of evolution in favour of a literal interpretation of the Bible, which to all intents and purposes is metaphorical

Women always claim to have empathy but they do not seem to appreciate how much the World Cup means to us.I believe any woman who realy loves her man should show some understanding during this sacred period,which afterall only comes every 4 years.
I also believe that there exists some kind of curse afflicting women,perhaps due to the transgressions of Eve ,which prevents them from appreciating the joy and sheer pleasure  you can get from following football.It sure beats the multiple orgasms some women can have.

I think he has still got one or two more seasons left in him.It will be big mistake to think that because of recent disappointments he can be easily replaced.He has an unparralled record in football,he has won more trophys than anyone in the history of English football.Chelsea has taken football to a whole new level but it is important to note that United will finish this season with more points than in 7 of the past 10 seasons .
Ultimately when he is replaced I will like to see someone like Guus Hiddink or Carlo Ancellotti as his replacement.

Arsenal is as deserving of a place in the final as Adolph Hitler will be of a Human Rights Award.We have seen previously in football, undeserving teams making it to the final of major competitions.The good news is that they will lose in the final to Barca and also to Spurs for the 4th place position . They will start next season where they belong-the UEFA Cup.

To get laid on a fairly regular basis,every other person is getting married ,to dispel doubts about sexual orientation,laundry,positive pregnancy tests,etc.These are very good reasons to get married and no matter how much you dread it,at some point we have to get married.It is one of the saddest moments of a man's life and any married man who disputes this is not being honest.
