I did not mention suspension type I don't know why you gave a lecture on those, most people already know the sports package has the electromagnetic dampers and I already said the mdx is not same as the pilot maybe you just itching for a response because you already quoted me twice over 2days or just intentionally picking holes to try to appear knowledgeable.

However, the 2nd gen mdx suspension was tuned on Nürburgring race track.

It was tuned on the nurburgring race track but it wasn't tuned by the Germans. That much should be made clear.

Well, they are not exactly the same car. To cut the story short, the acura mdx is a Honda pilot/odyssey on steroids. Same Honda reliability but more performance. The mdx is honda's response to german competition like the X5, ML.
The engine is tuned differently and makes more power. It handles much better[b](I think suspension was tuned by the Germans at one popular racetrack like that in Germany)[/b]
The interior is more refined, has more premium materials.
Infact is like saying a Lexus is same with a camry because they have same engine.

Wrong. And the Germans did not tune the suspension of the mdx. The 07-13 mdx had two suspension types: electromagnetic dampers and standard. The shawd in the mdx is different from the vtm 4 in the pilot. The shawd is vastly superior. Both cars couldn't be any more different.

Weight and drive train. Rx350 sometimes comes with awd which increases fuel consumption.

Next Alternator Issues Popped up, my specialist says he’s fixed the issue but the light won’t go away after lot of calibration. Moving forward, ignored the lights and kept driving!
And now.... It kicks but wouldn’t start in time. The mech says It’s Cold start is malfunctioning.
I’ve decided to abandon the car for about 2 weeks now since I have others at my disposal. But I still love the Small baby with “Speed”
I need help with this boy?
