HV had of a situation( old fuel bunkering dayz) where a car was parked in front of someone else house.....and the car just cut fire surprisingly.... It affected the other cars and the house bside...my friends DAT is the owner of the car can't even come out to say his the owner....he came home back to narrate what happen.

So, going by that reason, people may not be allowed to park anywhere.

Your property is just that - your property! And in this case, it is clearly demarcated by the fencing and gate. Anything outside that gate is PUBLIC space, which only the government (local or state) can control with appropriate public notices. If private citizens are allowed to arbitrarily control what happens on PUBLIC property and in PUBLIC spaces, anarchy would reign. Can you imagine if someone else decided that cars can no longer drive on the street in front of his/her building because the exhaust fumes might kill his/her new-born babies.

The truth is that it is wrong to park in front of someone's property contrary to what someone stated above. In my area, you can't park in the street. You want to leave your car in front of my house till 9.30pm. W1hat if the person is a kidnapper or an assassin?
We are all aware of how armed robbers park their cars on the street and lie down in the car monitoring the movements of occupants to know the perfect time to strike.

The action of the naval rating is however uncalled for and he should be punished for the act.. I would have simply told the owner that parking there is not allowed and if he proves stubborn, I will make it clear to him that the car will be towed away.

So if the person driving in front of you on the street could be a “kidnapper or assassin” you can stop people driving on the street?
The front of your property is PUBLIC space, and in the absence of a PUBLIC notice by the authorities, can be used as parking space.
