johnsonsegxy: Yes sir. It's Birmingham city university. They said i could deposit £3k but not compulsory.
So i believed it should work. Just that i am bit confused if i needed all 3 years (34 months) tuitions and maintenance deposited into my accounts before granted visa. I am into fish farming business (tho managed by my pops) so subsequent years won't be a problem if i paid the first year or so. Just wanna be sure i am not wasting my time. And i also plan increasing the money to 20m before starting applications. I still need your input or advise about this and also from the rest experienced members like justwice and co. Thanks I’m a lady. To the very best of my knowledge; with a study visa for a programmer over 1 year... you only need to show the funds to cover the first year at the point of application. If you have more; definitely show it. You also should pay a deposit if you can. |

johnsonsegxy: Question 1: Can i print 6 months statement?
Question 2: I have about 15milli in my account for the past 7 months and i am applying for a 3 years study visa.... i. e 32 months is the full duration of study (September 2021- May 2024.) My school fee is 13200 pounds per year. At least this 15 million covers the a year and 6 months (school fee + maintenance fee). Is this amount enough to convince the VO? With the UK, you really only need about 30 days statement. The required money must be in the account in the account for 28 days untouched. It must not drop by one naira not even for a day. In your case, the required amount will be: tuition for a year (less any deposit paid) + recommended living expenses total multiplied by 9. So example: 13200GBP + (1334 x 9) (recommended amount for London if your school is in London; outside London is slightly cheaper) = 13200+ 12006 = 25206 total needed. I believe 15 million is fine but Convert to naira using OandA & allow about 10% for fluctuations. |

While there's a previous trend that BVL indicates a final decision has been made... It's very possible that a new trend is in with CIC, you can't be too sure .... Don't write it off too soon. Qudkom: Hello dear, you know the recent trend regarding BVL especially without medical request/passed. I wish I could tell you something to comfort you but cic is extremely unpredictable and it most likely a refusal. But fingers crossed anything can happen. I have seen a case of a man that just got refused in the usa embassy just when he was about stepping out they called him back and approved his visa.
Regardless if it doesn't work out you can always try again. Don't loose faith.... by the way what does your background check read? |

I have some concerns, hope someone on this forum can help me.
I have just created an account on cic for online application .The concern I have is that the document checklist(see attached) is fewer when compared to that of paper application.... for instance, where do I upload the police clearance certificate, SOP et all?

Apt! 95seun: I can see where the other people are coming from, personally I think instead of dismissing people’s fears or worries because the magnitude of yours is greater, its best to enlighten them on the possibilities. The magnitude of your experience doesn’t invalidate another persons fear or worries. |
