dominique:BS.....Most cases? It rarely ever happens that a newborn baby would be holding the IUD, all reported cases have been fabricated, no be today these stories dey circulate, there was one in the early 2000s of a newborn holding abortion pills ![]() https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/baby-born-holding-iud/ https://apnews.com/article/fact-check-baby-born-iud-mirena-268471572996 |
Slurity:You never ready die ni, if you don ready nothing fit stop you ![]() |
At 44 still dey do cultism while your mates are raising family and building wealth......Dem release you for prison and next thing you do is bulaba your way into another prison sentence.......Chai! |
Alcatraz001:Didn't you people say he'll never win APC primaries? I remember many of una foaming at the mouth saying Buhari has picked someone else, some even said they planned to disqualify him but alas man is still standing....Continue underestimating him, the final shock is coming soon ![]() |
onuman:If you can show me any active case that shows Tinubu is wanted or declared criminal by the U.S government, I'll transfer 1 million Naira cash to you right now. Una go dey spew jargon dey call am intellect. Shey for your village, person wey don settle case dey get case again? So for your mind, they collected money, allowed him to leave the country, allowed him to come back meet with the Mayor of Chicago, conduct business transactions while still a wanted man? RIDICULOUS! I suggest you find another angle, this one don cast ![]() |
sircatherine45:You're being deliberately mischievous, Lagos would not have been so hospitable to Igbos since 1999 if Tinubu did not deliberately integrate them into his governance, eliminating the restrictions they faced especially at coveted positions like head of ministries, chieftaincy and so on. It will not kill SE governors to do the same. I'm a mixed man myself, half Yoruba half Edo and trying to buy land to build house in my mother's village was like going for Jamb exam. You cannot claim one Nigeria when these bottlenecks exists. There are many Yorubas living in Igboland, it will not kill you guys to recognize some of them as chiefs or even have one or two serving at state legislative branch, abeg stop fronting! |
Almiron:It's the same thing, whatever clubs are willing to pay for a player is indirectly his or her market value. Look at Mbappe, he is not 10 times better than Haaland but no club fit buy him for less than 300 million. |
It's like De Javu all over again......Didn't people say worse things about him during the primaries? Buhari don forsake am, APC is against him blah blah blah.....Yet the man is still standing......If you like underestimate him again, e go shock una suddenly like Nepa bill ![]() |
onuman:Apples and Oranges, as someone that has lived in the USA for close to 15 years now, your analysis is laughable . The USA will not have state sanctioned discussions with individuals it considers criminal, for the past 4 years now, they've met with Tinubu over 10 times. Like I stated previously, he was allowed to come to the USA, make purchases and go back to Nigeria freely, what makes you think he is considered a criminal under U.S laws? Isn't it time you people stop peddling this false narrative? It's getting ridiculous ![]() |
onuman:If the USA does not care, why do you? Clearly you don't know more than the U.S or U.K govt who keeps sending their top officials to meet with Asiwaju. |
onuman:Comedian....The same U.S government that has sent its ambassadors to Bourdillon? The same ones that allowed Tinubu to enter Chicago and purchase buses for Lagos state well after forfeiting the drug money, make una dey play; by next month's ending, you'll all see that even impossible is possible ![]() |
God of Abraham....I thank you o, finally no more slowginho.....Baba you're worthy to be praised ![]() |
Not worth more than 70m but desperate times calls for desperate measures, in fact I no mind if we fit snap Caicedo as well ![]() |
sircatherine45:Same Lagos wey una dey claim say you own? Same Lagos wey una own every property and the Yorubas are your tenants? Na una dey do una sef . It is also important to note that Yorubaland is much more than just Lagos and when we compare Yorubaland in general to the SE or even SS, the difference is clear in terms of tribalism. E.g. Name a state in the SE where a Yoruba man is an elected or appointed official? Any Yoruba man or woman given chieftaincy title? When it comes to buying land, compare how easy it is for Igbo man or woman to buy land in Ogun state compared to Yoruba man or woman buying land in Anambra. Point is it is easy to claim victim but when things are looked upon objectively, the picture looks completely different! Finally, you as a person might drop Obi for Osinbajo but majority of people in the SE would not, majority supporting Obi are doing so because of tribe not specifically because of hatred of Atiku or Tinubu, I can bet anything that if Obi dropped out today and decided to support Atiku, over 60% of his supporters would vote for Atiku.....Truth is bitter but it remains the truth! |
slowice:You don curse Yorubas, curse Northerners yet you wan carry Obi magically to Aso Rock? No worry, next month una dey go sabbatical ![]() |
sircatherine45:I can guarantee you if Osinbajo was contesting, we still wouldn't choose Obi not to talk of a legend. The problem you people have is victim mentality, everybody is against una, if it is not tribalism, it is religion or something else, una no dey tire? |
These are supposed to be the smartest group of people in Nigeria, what's the point of sit at home when the suffering is felt most by your own people? Someone make it make sense? If Obi no enter, una suffering just dey start o, Atiku no go even negotiate, Jagaban has also vowed to continue some of Buhari's policies aka Kanu go rot for inside cell......So what's the end game? LABALABA NFI ARA RE WE EIYE, KO LE SISE EIYE(The butterfly dey compare itself to a bird but it can never truly be a bird).....Ire ooooo!

Builders of Lagos.......Tuale!
|
See why they said you don't put the cart in front of the horse? None of the candidates brought this issue up before election year, not in 2020, not in 2021, not in 2022 but a month before election, you want to voice out concerns? No be juju be that? While some are shouting collect PVC and then slandering one another through social media, they forgot the many obstacles that could prevent people from actually voting. You want a better Nigeria but your candidate cannot even identify the major problems.....Make una dey play, Obidient this, Atikulated that, Battified lo kan, NONE can save Nigeria.....NONE! |
omonnakoda:Northern disloyalty is not the same thing as the cruelty of one man! Using Abiola as an example of Northern disloyalty is a lazy argument. |
omonnakoda:Abiola won didn't he? If not for military tactics, it had nothing to do with the North but Babangida's cruelty. |
Godszilla:You're assuming all Nigerians see things the same way, I can tell you that the North has been suffering before APC, to them party does not matter but the candidate. For the South, we are presented with a veteran politician with questionable morals and a politician with good morals but likely to be chewed and spit out by the Northern cabal during election. So the choice for most people is not as simple as saying APC BAD! People will make their choice based on the candidate that has the most pull/chance of winning, nobody wants to waste his or her vote. |
Godszilla:Well professor, if voting had anything to do with intelligence, half the world leaders would not be world leaders. People vote based on emotions, in 9ja it is even worse, we vote based on religion, tribe, party, fear, shame, fantasy etc. |
Kobojunkie:You love arguing don't you? Go back and read my initial comment, it will save you lots of time and energy! Oral whether recorded or not would need additional evidence to win anything in court unless the defendant admits it. E.g. a speech expert or voice analysis that can confirm without a shadow of a doubt that the defendant is the one on the recording. |
Kobojunkie:I hope you can comprehend the difference between oral case without supplementary evidence and one with supplementary evidence such as chat, messages as you alluded above. You basically just repeated what I initially stated, oral argument alone is insufficient and would be laughed at in court! |
Kobojunkie:Go back and read what I wrote, supplemental evidence is needed for oral contract cases, in fact absence of third party testimony, documentary evidence or confession by the defendant, oral cases are thrown out the door. I've attached a link below for your education and also an example case where additional evidence made the oral case valid. https://www.mondaq.com/nigeria/contracts-and-commercial-law/899476/proving-oral-contracts-under-nigerian-law https://www.vanguardngr.com/2012/01/oral-contract-is-enforceable-between-parties4/ In case you are too tired to read all of it, here is an excerpt: Documentary evidence is a veritable aid for assessing oral testimony: Whyte v. Jack (1996) 2 NWLR (Pt. 431) 407 and u.N.I.C v. u.c.I.c. Ltd (1999) 3 NWLR (Pt. 593) 17. In Jinadu v. Esurombi-Aro(2005) l4NWLR(Pt. 944) 142, this court held at page 192 thus: G; Where there is oral and documentary evidence, documentary evidence should be used as a hanger with which to asses oral testimony.” |
Kobojunkie:Can you give a Nigerian example? Under the Nigerian Constitution you'll find that verbal agreement without a credible witness/documentary evidence is dismissed as inadmissible in court. |
Give the average Nigerian opportunity to steal and he or she would surely take the bait......This is why we can't have nice things, una dey steal iron bolt and nuts from railway tracks.....PSYCHOS!
|
Buddha3:Werey read what I wrote again and then adjust your brain. What if he did not know any male with those qualifications? You even said she was referred that means he didn't actively sought her, are you saying if the same church member recommended a male, he would have declined? You're crucifying someone that you don't even know, based on what? You must be crazy Dotun! |
The real problem here is this, what is stopping politicians from hiring people to over vote in polling units where their opponents are highly favored? Imagine canceling 2 million votes from the SE or SW, wahala don happen be that ![]() |
Buddha3:Ode, what if he didn't have any male friend or family with HR work experience or education? Una go just open mouth gba like public toilet! |
Anyone supporting this is mad! You wan force people to vote? Some people no believe in Nigeria, some don't even believe in democracy and that's the beauty of democracy, freedom to choose but black people especially Nigerians must display madness at every given opportunity.....spits! |
