Arysexy: After wasting the whole day in NNPC mega station queuing for fuel without succeeding, I nearly bashed one mallam on bike out of annoyance on what I suffered from buhari's maladministration and incompetence. Thank God for Aisha buhari cos I am already assuming all ab0kis are senseless. At least there is still hope.
Buhari must go! By 2019, buhari will be 80yrs. Add 4 yrs and see the disaster awaiting to happen if that cow returns. I was at the one in Guzape.. After queuing for close to 5 hours we finally got the fuel, can you imaging that people are not taking to the street or rioting already. |

Rubbiish: Thank u sir I actually asked because i experienced something similar two years back We wanted to cover the beacons with d fence, so no one gets cheated, but my lawyer insisted covering d beacons will make it invincible, thereby making it difficult to resolve issues during dispute. Though we finally covered d beacons, but up till now i m still confuse as to which is better & appropriate covering it or building within it... The standard is to take the center line of the beacons, the core of the fence should passed through the center line of the beacons which should be established by a surveyor before construction. Dispute can easily be resolved by going through the information on the survey plan |

rdokoye: What happened while you were in the East? Nothing happens to me while I was in the east because I quickly learn how to respect the cultures, norms, and religion of south-easterners. But I will rather live in the North or south-west than easterner Nigeria ( including PH) |

AlderFadington: LOL! If we weren't so accommodating they wouldn't want to be here in the first place. They will not be successful given that we patronize their businesses. Their rights as Nigerians doesn't mean that if we were unaccomodating we can't make the north inhabitable for them. It is easier to own property, be accepted into a northern or south western society as a stranger than that of the south east. The most hostile place I have been to is in the east. |

FriendNG: I can only compare Kano with Lagos. All other you listed are not up to comparison. I think kano metropolis is one of the most beautiful city to live, I will rank it together with places like Kaduna and Ibadan. Kwankwoso really try in kano. |
Politics › Re: The Moroccans Are Coming !!! by abdulwastecx(m): 9:09am On Dec 18, 2017 |
Jesse01: because dey are Arabs, and Arabs are don't like blacks You are technically wrong. Morocco is an Arabised North Africa nation with very small actual Arab population ( less than 5%) are actually Arabs, the vast majority are Berbers, Tuaregs, Romans, Jewish etc. People overate and other Northern Africa nation a lot in this forum, Morocco to a large part is an agrarian nation that depends heavily on agriculture and tourism for foreign exchange earning with very poor government structure because of lack of democracy, all in all admission of Morocco into the regional body is a win-win for Nigeria |

spyder880: Still talking screeding, some people complain to me that screeded portions of a wall can peel off when left unpainted for long period of time. I think this is as a result of rain water splashing on the particular section of the wall. I have noticed that the sections peel occur are more open and suffer some direct rain impact and splashes from other roofs. Can this be as a result of the type of bonding gum used or light application, or even poor workmanship?
Gbadexy, what do you think? I think it is a function of the bonding materials ( adhesive glue). Since this glue looses its binding property under the influence of constant water |

I am not those kind of people that are after your village. What I hate is argument on top falsehood. Butterfly thinking he is a Bird.
Only Lagos can be on the same line with Kano but not any other southwestern state. What is this one saying? Ibadan is a better and more organised than kano |

austin2all: pls sir, at what point or situation is it advisable to use a 6 rods pillar. how do you compare this 4 rods to a six rods pillar in terms of strenght and load bearing capacity and durability. The choice of using 6 rod pillars instead of 4 rod pillars is dictated by the structural design which also depend on the magnitude of load that the column (pillar) will carry, the height of the the column ( slenderness ratio), the nature of the columns (brazed or unbraced), column eccentricity and so many other conditions. Quantity of reinforcements required by a pillar (column) is gotten from the area of reinforcements required from the result of structural design. In summary, only a structural design can tell you quantity of reinforcements requires and their load carrying capacity |
