There is no executive order pronouncement, a broadcast is not same as as an executive order, both can be issued during a broadcast, but what Mr. President did yesterday was a broadcast.

Even executive orders can be challenged in court.

Nothing supercedes a presidential executive order. It can only be revoked by the president himself if it is deemed to be grossly unconstitutional.

Presidential executive orders are final.

For the number 3 question, the executive and judiciary are equal, but the head of the executive (president) supercedes all in the land.

But executive orders can be challenged in court.

Valentine's Day's connection with love was probably invented.

As an undergraduate, on a tour of Europe, I happened to step into the church where Saint Valentine’s head was kept. The tour guide told us a (likely fictitious) story about Saint Valentine performing forbidden marriages for persecuted Christians under the Roman emperor Claudius Gothicus (possibly 269-270 AD). Valentine was then imprisoned and beheaded in Rome.

His saint’s day has since become a celebration of romance. But earlier medieval accounts of Valentine’s life contain no mention of his association with love.

In The Golden Legend (c. 1225) –- an enormously popular book, which is the main database of saints’ lives throughout the middle ages and beyond – I found no references to love or marriage in the story of Saint Valentine.

In The Golden Legend, Valentine of Rome manages to restore the sight of an official’s daughter. As a result of this miracle he converts many to Christianity and incurring the wrath of the emperor. Valentine refuses to sacrifice to Roman idols and is imprisoned and beheaded. There is no love and there are no lovers.

But to add further complication, there is yet another prominent Saint Valentine, this time of Terni, Italy. Often confused or conflated with Valentine of Rome, Valentine of Terni was a bishop and scholar. His reputation reached a man named Crato whose son had been crippled since he was three. Valentine agreed to try and cure the child on the condition that Crato converted to Christianity.

Valentine succeeded in curing the boy and converted Crato, his household and many others including the local magistrate. Upon hearing of this cure, the Roman senators demanded that Valentine prays to their gods. Valentine, refusing to do so, was beheaded becoming a saint as well.

The two Valentines are remarkably similar and while their cults were popular throughout Europe, it is difficult to distinguish one from another. What is intriguing about these stories is that neither connects Valentine with love. The statements of Saint Valentine conducting secret marriages seem unsupported by medieval texts.

So where do we get this association between Valentine and love? Well, one short answer is the medieval poet Chaucer, who is sometimes heralded as the father of English Literature.

Fake a call when they start, tell the fake caller you hardly sleep since you packed in here due to ungodly noise at odd hours.

Pretend as if you didn't know they are listening to you. Tell the fake caller he is an adult and should know what you mean. Tell him to stop talking and listen to what you are telling him, wait for a while and ask him if he now understand.

This will solve your problem 80%.

In as much as I want justice to be served. Namdi Kanun was not acquitted, he was discharged. Anyone who read a copy of the ruling knows this.

Agein, the court ruled on something that was not the bone of litigation. It is not done.

But , all the same, not because of the IPOB charlatans and low lives, but the man should be released.

Good day everyone on this forum, please, the admins should push this to front page for me.

Apart from social media adverts, do you know anyone in real life that is into affiliate marketing and is making it?

I ask because millions of such adverts are all over the social media space, claiming to be mentors and coaches, I wanted to register, but I am beginning to suspect that, the millions these people claim to have made is from this registration fee they collect from people and not any sales anywhere.

How come only Nigerians are into the affiliate marketing of a thing? I stand to be corrected, I have never seen an affiliate marketing advert from a non Nigerian.

Please, SEUN, if you know anyone through whom you confirm this to be legitimate hustle, let me know so I can gladly join.

Benue People will Vote Massively for Peter Olarotimi Muhammad Obi of Labour Party in the Presidential Election and Vote APC Reverend Father Ilia for Governor. Voting for Tinubu is a Taboo in Benue State since he can't see eligible Christian Vice Presidential Candidate from the North.

I tried campaigning for Obi while on Christmas holidays but I must confess that he is not on ground, even some retired civil servants express doubt about an Obo presidency.

My advice is for us to do more off line than just keypads compaigns.
