He kills the guy but turns out theres a greater danger. The army of the 12 monkeys is that danger. They want to control time. Look it up on wikipedia

I met a man yesterday. He used to be a millionaire, infact if not for misfortunes that befell him, he would be a billionaire (in naira) today.
