Chino, I bet that your Chinolization and Chinology handles are gone. I hope you don't create more ![]() |
trillville: Stop sounding like an illiterate. The CBN Governor like every other central bank governor on earth is completely independent from the executive so the executive has no power whatsoever to remove the Governor. This is the same as with the INEC Chairman. The president can only nominate people into these positions, the senate has full control over who gets appointed and who gets removed. Are you telling us that OBAMA does not have the power to sack BEN BERNANKE? You have broken the unenviable record of cluelessness. |
So Obama does not have the power to sack Bernanke? This Fulani arrogance is getting out of hand. In essence, Sanusi is telling Mr. President that the effective power of the land rests in the hand of the legislators. If Jonathan blinks in this stand-off, then he will be forever regarded as weak. He must set example with Sanusi, lest others will poke him in the eye and go scot free. |
maximunimpact: Assuming u have money in ur account I cud av begged u 2 stay, sinx u ar alredy a pest on my desk pls find attached closure form n fill lemme close it now sharp sharp! You lacks the composure and decorum associated with bankers so I place you on my ignore list. |
chikis: Abeg update me anytime they give you new pin. I bank at Access Bank and also have the problem as you.Alright I will. They told me to check back next week. |
Access Bank is the worst bank in Nigeria in terms of service delivery. They issued me a new ATM(verve) card with a wrong pin. I later applied for a change of PIN, yet no response from them. Anytime I visits their bank, they will apologise and ask me to fill a new PIN reissue form. One month has passed, yet nothing happened. It's been a frustrating experience. I will wind down my business with them in the next two months and proceed to close my account with them. I can't stand their inefficiency. |
No wonder why Peter Obi's convoy almost hit my car at Adam & Eve. Guess they were returning from Igbankwu |
Rocking my TOSHIBA lappy HD - 500G RAM - 6G Windows 8 Battery life - 4hrs It can't get any better. WARNING - Avoid HP like leper. |
me_for_you: you are just showing how backward you and your people are. That's why no anambra or imo man can ever marry you.Can you take your arrogance and ignorance elsewhere. Two of my uncles married from Ebonyi? My cousin married from Ebonyi, my friend married from Ebonyi. In case you don't know, I am from Abambra state. So what da fuq are you talking about?! |
me_for_you: what they speak in ebonyi is not a dialect. It's a language quite very different from igbo.May leprosy eat up your stubby fingers for separating our Ebonyi brothers from the Igbo fold. Why not say that Nsukka people are related to Benue state because you can't understand their dialect? BTW, I hardly understand some Imo dialects. Even Ogwashi-uku and Agbor dialects are easier to understand |
Afam4eva: [s]That's if you've asked every single Igbo person in PH where they're from. But you're right. It's hard to find an Ebonyi person unlike Imo and Anambra peeps. It's the same thing for Cross River peeps who rarely travel out. Most of the people we actually call Calabar are from Akwa Ibom state.[/s]Typical misguided comment from a typical Igbo-Lagosian. This shows that you hardly relate with Igbos in your everyday life. FYI, Ebonyians are everywhere. I meet them eveyday. I don't share your opinion |
Afam4eva: It was ordained by the British not God. Pls stop blackmailing the most high. |
When he enter Naija, his fantasy will collide with reality. |
Why are u guys not smart enough to notice that OP and Deejay_harry1 are one and the same person. This is the same tricks that Sexkillz uses to hype his personae in his early days here. |
dayokanu: What Ifeajuna and Nzeogwu did was never heard of in Nigeria pre Jan 15 1966. They introduced the evil of coup into our polityWhat Ifeajuna and Nzeogwu did was never heard of in Nigeria's history? As a matter of fact, Awolowo introduced the term coup to Nigeria's polity. Just that his attempt was truncated in the planning stage. He was subsequently jailed after he was found guilty in the civil court. So that curse should start with Awolowo, his descendants and his supporters down to the 6th generation. PS: I have strong reason to believe that you are disturbed. Why can't you seek help? |
Okija_juju: ChristmasYou are right, but not entirely right. It seems like your knowledge of history is poor. Yes Christmas used to be a pagan holiday in honour of the Roman Sun god. It was made popular by emperor Diocletian. It was so popular that Christians replaced it with Christmas when they took over the governing apparatus of Rome. The Jews does not celebrate Christmas and has nothing to do with it. |
freda506: its IG not twitter Seun is always on any thread that has to do with LindaSeun and Linda Ikeji will make a good couple ![]() |
I think I will start watching Nollywood movies again after 14yrs hiatus. |
igwedexy: More wacky picsStop using wacky joor. Are you this pigheaded that you are not amenable to correction. |
This story does not add up. Mayor market is such a busy market that it will be impossible to commit such act there. This is more or less a beer parlour gist. Such a crime may be possible at Garki market but Mayor market is a no no. lol @ ra.ping the lady continuously for 15hours. Medically it is impossible. These lawyers behaves like dunce sometimes. |
phiszo: Most nairalanders don't know the meaning of wacky. SmhWACKY - 1. strange in a pleasing and exciting or silly way. 2. Worthless or stupid ideas or work; rubbish; bad; inferior. Methinks that Creativity should have been the proper term. |
I never knew that creativity is synonymous with wacky |
nsk 1st son: Road block show is a show sponsored by the Enugu state govt dat features the most talented Nigerian superstars.Phyno was the biggest crowd mover there. I doubt if you were present at the show. I left around 4.30am when Inyanya was performing. Who said that Eedris is dead career-wise? He even said that he will drop his next album next week titled "Godfather and Godson" |
My younger brother will be serving next year. He is a doctor. Please can someone tell me the best state for him to serve. Best in terms of private practice(pp) opportunities, fair state allowance and so on. |

This does not remotely look like the bridge. Besides I drove through the bridge on Sunday on my way to Abakaliki from Enugu. Though the bridge looks shaky and in danger of imminent collapse, but the picture posted looks unrecognizable. |

alaoeri: Being an activist & having a good marriage are two different things. The great Madiba married 3times in his life time.Did Mandela turn his wives to punching bag ni? You can't defend the indefensible. Domestic violence has no place in civilized climes. Besides charity begins at home. A self acclaimed activist should be mindful of the consequences of domestic violence. Beating a woman is a sign of weakness. There can never be any excuse for beating your wife. |
