1) We don't do normal delivery for clothes and shoes, except powerbanks, laptops, phones and batteries.

2) Our commission isn't 7% of total item cost but $10/product and when the commission charged is equal to/above $50, a 20% discount is applied.

3) If done properly on the website, the charges will be fair. By fair, I mean, in line with our commission and shipping fee.

4) I wanted to go the manual billing way for you but on second thought, I'm sorry but I can't do that for you. Why? Because if I do so, I'd have to do same for other clients which isn't cool.

1) Commission is per product and shipping is a cumulative weight value.

2) Below 1kg ~ 1kg; this applies to other whole numbers like 2, 3, 4, 5,...,n.

3) You pay the 7% commission and the 80% upfront fee before we proceed with bidding. In the event of a loss, 2% is retained by the company and the rest is transferred back to you.
