Arab contractors are not even one of the best. The roads they did in Enugu are already falling apart.
It's unfortunate of you to make the comment in quote. In case you don't know, two contractors handled the roads reconstruction project in Enugu and they are SETRACO and Arab Contractors. Arab contractors excelled in the job while Setraco constructed substandard roads. All the roads constructed by Arab contractors are still in good shape. The ones did by Setraco like Holy ghost round about are falling apart. Please point fingers at the right quarter. I can't just keep quiet while you feed Nigerians with misinformations.

Why can't you be you? Why must you measure yourself with Linda and Bella? Seriously you are on a march to epic fail if you fail to observe the rule of originality. You are simply confused and don't know whether to blog on gossips or politics. Do you think that Seun had someone in mind before starting his forum? Sorry, if my comment is harsh, but please be original.

Onyegecha: The only people who will doubt this story are those who do not live in Imo state and those who think development is complete when they see the gigantic structures strategically placed on the major roads. Imo is going through an era of impressionistic development that is very very shallow and deceptive. The major problem with this type of development is that people will find it very difficult to believe the level of rot in the system. WE NEED RESCUE URGENTLY!
You are right on point. Rochas is a fraud.
Christianity EtcRe: The Christ Embassy Policy That's Tearing Families Apart by ACM10: 6:56pm On Sep 07, 2014
Topgainer: The first time I went to Christ Embassy after they unleashed a female neighbour who was hell bent on dragging me to her church, I remember clearly that the activities inside the hall was so intolerable that I left the hall for outside where I managed some extra minutes before heading out of that place.

The whole activities that Sunday made mockery of Christianity. The funny message was read by a fat dude(pastor) looking more like a gay trying all he could to mimick Rev Oyakhilome. His message was a mere repetition of ' that guy Jesus can make you rich and I can't be poor because I know who I am '

Let me not bore anybody with the key Characters that are the officials of that branch, the anointed(angel voiced) choir leader is a renowned chronic unrepentant fornicator who has rebuffed several appeals to take things easy

Music/RadioRe: Naija Hip Hop And Its Emptiness (Stroking The Admiration Of The Shallow Minds) by ACM10: 10:07am On Sep 07, 2014
Rapmoney: I used 'hip hop' because I didn't want to use 'music'. Music consists of both native/cultural, gospel, etc. There are lots of naija cultural songs I can kill for; they cut across many Nigerian languages. When it comes to gospel, there are songs and artistes I admire. I can play the likes of Frank Edwards, Chris Morgan, Boniface Adefu, Sinach, etc all day wink

Now, naija hip hop. Getting so empty!!! What do these peeps say in their songs if not the butts of women and how they can die for it. Does it mean there is no other reasonable thing to talk about if not nyash? Out of every 10 naija hiphop you hear on radio, 9 must be talking about nyash. Gosh!!!

The effect of these songs on our kids cannot be easily over-looked. They corrupt these kids to a large extent. I have seen kids singing lines such as 'take banana till you go...', ' I fit die on top your matter ehhhh', 'ukwu', etc.

Nigerians are quick to conclude that foreign songs contain nothing, but with all sincerity, I think the ratio of foreign songs that are empty and those of naija cannot be compared. Most naija hiphop/dance hall songs are loved so much by the 'unintelligent' folks who find it hard to understand philosophical lines or lyrics. I still feel the level of your mentality determines the type of songs you listen to. I give respect to Gino, Yung Hanz, Modenine, Jesse Jagzz and the peeps who have been keeping it real.

Views are welcomed...
Nonsense! I guess you are not a fan of foreign hip hop. Have you bothered to listen to Lil Wayne's "lollipop" feat Kanye West?

"lollipop lollipop, brea.st is like dat of Dolly Parton".

What's wrong with Nigerians and their sanctimonious bullshyt? Those songs have their targeted audience. You are free to choose another track that suits your fancy. Don't come online to bias people thought with your opinion. We aint buying it.
HealthRe: WHO- Ebola Survivors Blood To Be Used For Treatment by ACM10: 8:28am On Sep 06, 2014
Spidermon: U have a point. If that works, I wonder why don't they just use the ebola virus in either attenuated or gradual increased doses to prepare hyper-immune serum?? Maybe my perspective is faulty sha...
There are many vaccines on trial at the moment. What I can't confirm is if the vaccines consist of live attenuated or killed virus. Ofcourse we have hyper-immune serum in the name of ZMAPP.
HealthRe: WHO- Ebola Survivors Blood To Be Used For Treatment by ACM10: 8:06am On Sep 06, 2014
UBKtech: Bros what is the difference between blood and antibodies harvested from blood. They are one and same, since the antibodies is contained in the blood of survivors.
Good question! Blood is made up of
1. Blood cells
2. Plasma cells
3. Serum.

Antibodies are derived from the plasma cells, but are found in the serum. It is possible to extract the antibodies against ebola virus from the blood of the survivors and use it to treat ebola patients. It is not advisable to transfuse the patient with whole blood when there is no need for it.
HealthRe: WHO- Ebola Survivors Blood To Be Used For Treatment by ACM10: 8:54pm On Sep 05, 2014
Survivors of Ebola virus disease have been shown to have robust immunity to the disease including cell-mediated immunity. But it is not clear if they have cross-immunity to other strains of the virus. Using the blood of the survivors is a step in the right direction. Though the best therapy remains harvesting the antibodies from the blood of the survivors and use it in treatment of ebola patients.

BusinessRe: ATM Fee: CBN Lied To Us by ACM10:
When it comes to decapitating the common masses, they will compare Nigeria with Europe and America. But when it comes to enacting policies that are fair to masses, they will remind us that we are third-world country therefore undeserving of such policy.

When it comes to jumbo pay for the lawmakers, they won't compare us with Europe and America.

When it comes to corruption, Europe and American comparison will cease to exist.

Nigerians, why are we fooling ourselves? Has any proponent of America and Europe comparison bothered to compare the minimum wage between Nigeria and those countries? Why do we develop selective amnesia when making our comparison. Why do we cherry-pick our points when putting forward our arguments? The fact is that zero-charges for ATM transaction has worked before and will still work in the future. All these Europe and America comparison is ludicrous. You cannot make any comparison in isolation. This comparison will work if all areas of lives of both countries are put side-by-side.

Joy83: What would make petroleum engineering no 1?
Apart from Oil and Gas related industry, where else can they work, and without being hypocritical, getting to work there is a survival of d fittest(Not easy). As a matter of fact, d work of petroleum engineering is being shared by Geologist(Petroleum Geoscience), and other engineering fields like Mechanical engineering and Electrical engineering.
Nevertheless I hope to do my Ph.D in petroleum engineering as a Geologist.
Like I wrote earlier, hardly will you meet a petroleum engineer roaming the street jobless. Had I studied petroleum engineering in school, I would have been in a better position now. I subscribed to many oil job sites and all their job openings have been for petroleum engineers. I am in medical field and I must tell you that doctors don't earn much. They only earn enough to feed, while petroleum engineers are making big break in oil companies. A monthly salary of an entry level petroleum engineer in some oil companies is equivalent to three months salary of a registrar. I wish success as you pursue further studies.
