Afam4eva: Notification! Notification! Notification! What of Ibo(s)? Don't you know that it is offensive? |
braveheart2012: I have always worked in high-pressure jobs and I have experienced almost all of these symptoms except vomiting and hair loss. When I am working on a very stressful project/transaction, I tend to have very poor short-term memory (sometimes, I can't even remember words or remember where/when I got certain stratches/cuts). I recently got staffed on this killer high-pressure project. After two weeks of almost non-stop work, I started getting nose bleeds in the morning and sweating profusely on my palms and feet. Thank God, the project is now over and those symptoms have disappeared. I always joke that if I keep working like this, I won't make it to 35yrs.When someone who had worked in a high-pressure, high-stress job comment, you can easily discern it. Braveheart have had that experience. @Bolded, I bet that you will live past 80 if you continue this way. My grandfather worked in a high-stress environment for 66yrs. He later died at a ripe age of 93. My uncles had to stop his younger brother from working against his will at the age of 80. Within 2yrs of stopping work, his health depreciated to the extent that he died at the age of 83. |
freecocoa: The topic should read " Signs that you are seriously suffering from HIV\AIDS and on the verge of death"I presume that you are joking. If not, your post reeks of ignorance. I encourage you to google for the signs and symptoms of different stages of HIV. Maybe you are yet to be stressed out in life. If you had been, I bet that your opinion will change. |
piphacker: I believe you will find answer to your question here; http://www.metatrader4.com/forum/14143Oga Piphacker, I appreciate your timely response and I say thank you. I had gone through the link you provided. As a matter of fact, I am trading with my HTC Touch Pro2 which runs on Winndows6.5. I use Metatrader4 to trade. With all due respect, the link you provided did not attend to my question. My question is this. . .Can I be able to use those 3 applications(Gempo, etc) you posted on page 0 to trade with the metatrader4 on my phone? If yes! How can I be able to install it? Oga Piphacker, your response only is what I desire. Thanks in anticipation. |
shadrach77: 5. Weakened immunity. Perhaps the most noticeable effect that stress has on your body is a weakened immune system, and that happens for a couple of reasons. First, stress triggers the release of catecholemines, hormones that help regulate your immune system; prolonged release of these hormones can interfere with their ability to do that. Second, says Rossman, stress shrinks your thymus gland, the gland that produces your infection-fighting white blood cells, and it damages telomeres, which are genes that help those immune cells reproduce. A good way to deal with stress and boost your immune system is to exercise; if you’re so stressed out that you can’t fit in those 30 minutes a day, try these other tricks for boosting immunity. The content of the above quote is very true. Sometime last december, I worked for 5 day round-the-clock with not up to 2hrs rest per day. I was seriously stressed out, so I decided to take antimalarial prophylaxis cos malaria is the what I usually develop when I have a weakened immunity. |
blink182: it is only possible on desktop Mt4.thanks |
I'm always on the move and most times, I monitor the market as well as trade with my HTC Touch Pro2. Pls, how can I incorporate those programmes into the Metatrader4 on my phone? The above question is directed to Mr. Piphacker or any other person who knows how to do it. |
wow. . .is Gempo for real? |
forex.com does not allow Nigerian account holders. Have they changed their rule? Pls let me know. . . |
inufele2: Dude why are so you obsessed with Ibadan sef? Where are you from? tell us if your state is Dubai of Nigeria. If you don't have anything good to say it will do you good to stop repeating the same thing over and over again.I can see that my uncomplimentary description of Ibadan is getting on your nerves. Take heart. Truth they say is bitter. Maybe, I should tone down. But since you guys are in the habit of elevating the failure called Awolowo, I can't stop talking about the outlook of his seat of government. My people say that "you determine how delicious a soup is from its aroma". Since Awo's seat of government is chaotic, how dare you tell us that we would have gotten a better deal under him? |
alj harem: Tell me one positive thing Nnamdi Azikwe would be remembered for which is unique to him.Need I mention them? Top of the list is that Zik was at the forefront of the fight for Nigeria's independence. He was a selfless leader who was willing to make the painful political compromise to favour the whole nation. He made compromises to the detriment of his tribe; to the detriment of his political career. This is why Zik is not celebrated in the east. Cos in his bid to appease other tribes, he forgot to bring back our share of national cake. Nigeria still remembers Zik up till today. That is why they name many national monuments, streets, airports, etc were named after him. In our culture, we say something positive about our enemies even when he dies. That's how gentlemen behave. |
alj harem: ^^^^^^ reading the above speech by Ojukwu, one would understand why Igbos are jealous and angry that they never had such a leader. Very well so, it is just envy that's allIt takes a great courage for someone to praise his political opponent. I read a book written by Nnamdi Azikiwe, he had only kind words to say about Awo. But when I read Awo's book, he had nothing positive to say about Zik. Now tell me who behaved like a statesman? Again, remember that it is in our culture to say something positive aout someone when he dies. |
9jaCrusade: =First profound Educational System in Africa that left a people educationally outlying others even till today in the country...I just came back from Ibadan the seat of Awo's government. In case you don't know, Ibadan is the largest squalor in Nigeria . .They say that "charity begins from home". If Awo's anarchist regime in Ibadan is what he intends to replicate throughout the country, then I remain grateful to God for keeping him away from the seat of president of Nigeria. The closest he came to the seat, he masterminded humanitarian and economic genocide. By the way, do you know about the oil boom during Gowon government? Do you think that Awo is actually an economic genius? Think again. . . |
jadakiss213: Awolowo died Wretched keIf he really died so rich, then he is an epitome of corruption in public service. Tell me how a public servant will acquire so much wealth to feed generation unborn? Did Awolowo own any company? Was Awolowo a businessman? It is unfortunate that you are proud of a public servant who acquired so much wealth through an undefined means. |
Tolexander: that is something i wouldn't doubt cos he seems to be the greatest man that masterminded every good thing and victory during those times.Silly chest-beating |
9jacrip: Only illiterates of history as a discipline will have that problem at the first boldedWell I wish you guys luck. But I'm still doubful. Maybe, Seun should create the section and make you the moderator. How are you going to determine the credibility of a source/reference if you are made the history section moderator? |
joeyfire: Very good idea. It will go a long way in separating history from politics (if that's possible). The standards will be inevitably a lot higher than the politics section where people are rewriting history everyday at willhahahaha. . .you must be having a laugh at the bolded. A regular NLer who goes by the name Katsumoto, opined last year that "history is politics and politics is history". That quote clearly shows that people use history to push for political agenda. Not minding the objectivity of it |
joeyfire: On NL. Right now people just conjure up all kinds of stories to back up their political arguments.in a history section everything must have a source or will or end up looking sillySource can be a silly internet article. It will be a tough task to separate chaffs from wheat. As you and I know, many internet sources are not credible. Just like you rightly stated, people will conjure up history to suit their political argument(s); and the trend will be elevated to a new high in history section. |
History section will be as controversial as political section(if not more). Different groups will be jostling to push forward their version of history. It will be hard to reach a consensus on which one to accept. This will muddle the message, miseducate NLers and turn the section to propaganda section. To cut the long story short, we don't need a history section. |
Hope no one meets the fate of Sgt. Sunday Gbagun. |
eggheaders: it not far fetch get to upper iweka and see how the uzo guys(truckpushers).are daily insulted by your folks because they are mostly ebonyi guys.which has made those guys hostile.no need dragging issues with you.a copy of the biafran veteran Gen. maduegbuena books will give you more insight on how ndigbo view the delta igbos.Who is Gen. maduegbuena? I can see that you are playing above your league. At this point in time, I feel no need to respond to any of your outrageous claims. |
inufele2: Post the pictures biko, I'm sure there are many threads with pictures of many eastern cities on NL, if I do not have time to pull them out (as I'm in work now) I believe other posters will dig them out for you.For some obvious reason, I will not post the pictures on this thread. But feel free to challenge me in some other threads. Ibadan is unbelieveably filthy. Even the clean up they did today is not enough to improve the outlook of the town. |
eggheaders: damn they are the same lols.with the way y'all treat the ebonyi peeps the delta igbos y'all openly called efulefu for not being on the same page with you about the biafra issue lol mehn.your assertion does not hold water igbos are significant in other climes too they were not given political positions and pre fashola no governor deem it fit to appoint any ndigbo right.y'all should quit whining and give this guy a thumbs up mehn.I have a feeling that you have penchant for making careless assertions. Which state is the present secretary-general of Ohaneze Ndigbo from? Delta, right? If Igbos can give that top post to a Deltan, then what do you make of it? No true son of Igbo calls Ebonyi or Deltans, efulefu. Who in his right state of mind will call a whole state and an integral part of Igboland, efulefus. Efulefu is a term reserved for the few misguided Igbos. It does not discriminate between states. We have efulefus in every states of Igboland. So, learn to use your terms appropriately. But that does not take away the fact that Fashola is a Yoruba ethnic jingoist. |
ODUA_NEGRO: use your own keyword and find it in a search engine. nobody feeds free links anymore. we share the message you go find your own source if you need it that bad.You are a pathological liar. Go away. |
Sunny_bobo: Dude, Orji Uzo Kalu was the first governor to employ non indigenes into his cabinet. He had a Yoruba guy and an Hausa guy in his cabinet. Chimaroke Nnamani also appointed a Yoruba guy. So don't make it sound like Fashola is the first and only. There are Igbo guys in Kano state cabinet as well.Peter Obi even appointed a Yoruba man as his chief press secretary. |
inufele2: Post the pictures if you like! post the pictures now.You guys just like to label Ibadan as dirty, apart from the ancient part of the city there is no dirt out of ordinary with Ibadan that is not in any of the eastern cities.Don't cry when I start posting pictures of the largest slum I've seen in my life. Moreover, no city in the east is as filthy as Ibadan. |
eggheaders: then why y'all desire to be treated right here.are your numerous Eze ndigbo here not representing you guys. the appointment just show how liberal we are.in alaigbo there are numerous Delta igbos why has your governors not consider them for any political post??it not far fetched in a clime where non abians were sack from the abia state civil service because of their state of origin.speak volumes about you guys.Delta Igbos are just like Anambra Igbos, Imo Igbos, Ebonyi Igbos, etc. We don't treat them as a separate group. By the way, you need to differentiate between traditional and poltitical representation. Igbos are significant portion of Lagos state and deserves to be represented in the Lagos seat of government. This is not the case with Yorubas in the east. Using Delta Igbos as an example is distasteful, and it clearly shows that your intention is to divide Igbos. |
joeyfire: Some of these guys lie more times in a day than their hearts beat in 24hrsI tire for their lies too |
ODUA_NEGRO: Enugu government is reviewing the matter and has promised to correct it. They said it was an omission as government chabged hands. So we are waiting to see. If those people are not given their land you can bet your state on it that Afenifere will be on your case.I am asking you, "why did the Yoruba media ignore the news"? Can you post a link to that news? |
alj harem: Have you been to Ibadan lately ? Because I am there currently. Know what you post before posting rubbishI'm in Ibadan right now. Don't try me o OR I will embarrass you with pictures. |
