This is serious... I just have no words. koboko69:But you haven't said how Buhari fixed the light. Just saying... |
lonelydora:The beauty of a woman lies within her actually. Secondly, Paul in the same bible advised men and women to stay single but to avoid sin, get married. The point is not in any way to undermine marriage and all that it stands for. It might be to change the mentality and orientation. Man and woman are dependent on each other and not one more than the other as we have been made to believe. The man and the woman need marriage equally and not one more than the other. So, girls should be brought up to find value in themselves first and not hoping to find value WHEN they get married. Another point is, some poor women are also unmarried not just the wealthy ones so I guess it is safe to say that not everyone will get married. That said, what will you rather have? A woman gnashing her teeth, living in penury because she is unmarried or one who is actually excelling in other aspects of life? And please, enough of the "they cry all night " talk, some people who are married cry as well! Marriage is not a sure route to happiness and fulfillment. Such is life so, let's stop deluding ourselves. But then again, I guess it is better to cry "married" than single abi? ![]() |
nitane25:Definitely a much better episode than epi1. Andre is definitely their kid. Or maybe cookie's alone because cookie loves the nigga even though he didn't visit her in jail and all that. She even wants him to run the company. Maybe He reminds Lucious too much of his mother. Looks like lucious' mother was bipolar as well from the "itsy bitsy spider" scene. I have a feeling Andre will finally run the company tho. Jamal can't cope and Hakeem is a brat. Oh well... |
nitane25:He definitely hit the gym after season1... |
Egwusi, afang and edikaikong soups. Senate president Bukola Saraki. President Muhammadu Buhari. The waterfall is in cross river state. Olumo rock. |
Oh, I forgot to mention ma nigga Ludacris! I love that nigga silly. He was forming boss for lucious of all people. Lol When you're dirty, you totally need a dirty lawyer... ![]() I don't like the idea of a new label tho, I don't know how that will turn out. You guys need to chill on the gayness coz you aint seen nothing yet. They are trying to "normalize" gay-dom so you're going to see it in more and more series, movies, books, billboards. It's just the beginning. Like someone said, unless you wanna drop all things American. Not saying I like the scenes tho. |
Lucious got no chill yo... Lucious: you still going to church? Andre: yes sir. Lucious: you still believe in God? Andre: yes sir. Lucious: well, you pray to God that he forgives you coz I don't. I don't like the nigga but that scene was dope. Still sympathetic towards Andre tho, and is it just me or he looks hotter? Still wondering what lucious' problem is with him. Tiana... that baby girl fine. |
Acidosis:Lol... what's happening as in? |
tadedayo1:Me, try to be like a man? Lol! I don't need to, I'll never have a peniss but I'll tell you what, I can be whatever I want. God didn't make anyone inferior to anyone and didn't prohibit anyone from having a career. So please, again, do not drag God into your pettiness! |
Ha! Who is this again? When your mates are wailing on the other thread that young women are becoming more successful than their male counterparts ...You should be hoping that your wife will see you as a worthy investment instead of coming here to spew trash... "Don't invest in your wife" like she'll sit there and hopelessly pray to you for her daily bread. Mtcheew... |
And those shoes... ughh... Total disaster. |
tadedayo1:Try not to bring God to your pettiness. |
Oh jeez, why can't people read before commenting ![]() |
freecocoa:Ugly humans indeed!!! Like WTH? These guys have not talked about what's disturbing them! They're still searching for control like their brains have not evolved to the 21st century. Shallow, tiny minded people. Mtcheew... lemme leave here abeg. |
holocron:Trust me, I had more than that to say to you but tried to be as respectful as possible given the situation. So, on that note, I think you should tell all the girls you are related to to stay idle and not go after their goals just so that they can get married(again, how shallow can a human get?!). Also extend my sympathy to those that will listen. You lot are just too sad. |
freecocoa:I was looking for the words, I just couldn't find them. Like what do I tell this "wailing wailer"? I guess he goes home with the CEOs to watch them sleep with the female staff. Well, I won't be surprised if he washes the sheets too... ![]() I think it'll be better if we just stayed home and forget school or work, I think that will make them(Nigerian men) happy! But wait!!! They also want independent women, not liabilities ![]() Confused lot... As for those ladies who allowed themselves to grow above marriageability, I dont advise any young man to subject himself under them. If you are manly, you will surely regret being spoonfed by a woman; except you are not. Those ladies are best served being single mothers. Society should be realistic enough and accept it.Uhhm.... how shallow can a human get? |
I guess I'm the only one who didn't enjoy the episode as much. The hostile takeover is over... Frank Gathers/Gavis or whaever is gone. Hmm... anyway, I hope it'll get better(for me). |
lagmostkuit:Then it blows up in your face... |
Kingsley1000:Before you ask who I am or why I'm quoting you, lemme spare you the trouble. I'm just another nler airing her views. Now that we got that out of the way... It was easier for women to stay in abusive relationships back then because the belief was that the woman was inferior(directly or indirectly). Now, that no longer works so men now insinuate that other men are even worse or there's no other man at all. This in my opinion is really silly. I see it as my duty to remind such men(or guys) that they will be fathers one day and I encourage them to give their own daughters that same advise. I can only but imagine... "My daughter, you know you are a mere woman so, if almighty man manages to find you attractive, don't bother if he hits you or even sleeps around like a pig. Afterall who knows if any other man will find you worthy to be with and even if there's one, he won't be any better"- love father. |
Slap him right back and run away... |
cyberdurable:K |
dechandel:Ok then. She could have gotten the info from Facebook anyway. |
dechandel:She said she graduated from unizik and the K.O initials match... hmm. |
![]() But everyone has an insta account naa... it's possible she's the lady. Missnora oya na, clear ya name. My own is, I didn't breeze 6pages of crap for nothing. ![]() NL drama... |
munchfani:So, all the ready-made people you knew when you were lil are now broke I guess? That's not always the case but feel free to use it as consolation prize. ![]() Oh well, the day I'll listen to guys making fun of girls for wanting a guy with money is the day they(guys) stop going after girls they fancy. To each, his/her own. |
I guess the person has a telescope for eyes. |
Oh... I think I just saw something. "A man is your superior"... there's just allot that implies including the woman is inferior. hian! I don't agree but I guess that's my opinion. |
Truckpusher:I will not tow the line of "never hit a woman" but you gotta admit, if a man did the same thing the woman did, the bully will not fight him. A woman beater knows he's physically stronger and that's the only way to "subdue" his woman. If she fights back? Even better. It'll give him greater joy when she's down. Such men are loosers, check them! They're unsatisfied with most things in their lives therefore even your smile will annoy them. Ever wondered why the beating happens over and over again? I'm sure you just figured the woman is brainless and continuously screams at her man. Smh. But somehow, other men will still make up excuses for them and anyhow, it's the woman's fault. |
lifegiva2:Uhm... that will be easier but it messes with their ego. Then girls don't wanna be seen as bitcchez |
Truckpusher:O gini kwa? Lol. I don't have a problem with the post but you see what I was talking about according to you "a little massaging of our ego". Your(guys in general) ego is just too easily deflated. Oh and btw, the effort has to come from both sides. Everyone blames the woman for a failed relationship even when the man cheats, is unemotional and a bully. You'll hear people say(like you once said) "don't put yourself in a position for him to hit you" or related crap like that. That's just really really silly and selfish(yes, men are selfish for other men sef). Well, I will not put in my best if he's not doing same. It's really not worth it to me. You can shout "amen" to this post all you like but don't expect what you don't give. Do unto others....(well, you know the rest) |
Truckpusher:I'm not a guy, my ego is not easily deflated... ![]() |
