Valid arguments. But the question now is separate them where. In prison? This man was maltreating his wife over the years which is bad but it wasn't his intention to kill her. What will he gain by killing the bread winner since he is a lazy bum and has control over everything. Why will he destroy his free meal ticket? His needs rehab, same with his kids. It's that Simple.

That's because he is a shortsighted and unkind man. It takes a nasty and wicked heart to physically hurt someone you claim to love repeatedly, to humiliate her in front of her own children who she risked her life to bring forth for him, just because he wants to be in control. Any man that does that doesn't deserve to be a role model for any child. what kind of father will he be to those kids? what kind of example will he set? what kind of life lesson will he impact on them? those kids are already at risk of being abused in more drastic ways than what they have already experienced. And it will be callous to let them continue to remain under the same roof with such a person even if he is their father. The law doesn't recognize intentions, it only recognizes actions and outcomes and in this case, his actions led to the death of his wife (an outcome), fortunately for him while the late wife's family will most likely take up the responsibility of raising the kids, he will get his rehab in prison...that's why they are called correctional facilities. Very lopsided comment op... If their father was thinking about the welfare of his kids he wouldn't be physically abusing their mother repeatedly even in their presence. As a matter of fact He has just proven that he is not sane enough to be saddled with the responsibility of bringing up morally upright children. The best thing they can do for those kids is to separate them from him until they are old enough to make reasonable decisions for themselves. Else he will just raise more monsters who will further toe the horrible path of physical and emotional abuse on women in future.
BTW let me ask.... will you willingly hand over your daughter in marriage to a man raised by a father that physically abused and killed their mother?

Meanwhile all the sanctions EU placed on Russia will be quietly revoked to allow ease of business, they would rather do that than buy Russian gas in roubles, which would even be more catastrophic for the EU.

Pakistan’s prime minister Imran Khan has struck a deal to import natural gas from Russia – despite outcry over the invasion of Ukraine.

As countries impose sanctions and seek to isolate Vladimir Putin, Khan became the first leader to sign a new trade deal with Russia since the attack.

He said the pair had “great discussions” on his visit to Moscow last week, which took place as Putin launched the invasion.

They signed a bilateral agreement and Khan also agreed to import two million tons of wheat from Russia.

He defended the deal in a televised speech to the nation, saying Pakistan had needed it.

“We have signed agreements with them to import natural gas because Pakistan’s own gas reserves are depleting,” he said.

“Inshallah (God willing), the time will tell that we have had great discussions.”

The US reacted angrily to the news of Mr Khan’s visit even before Russia’s invasion of Ukraine began, saying the onus was on every “responsible” country to voice objection to Mr Putin’s actions.

Some of these sanctions are dictated by the spur of the moment instead of reason and will backfire greatly when the dust settles.

FIFA and IOC that don't even allow human rights groups to protest during sports now make decisions of wide reaching political consequences.

They are all shooting themselves in the foot. The same organisations that have banned and punished teams and contestants in the past for refusing to play against people from countries that were in conflict is now asking sports organisers to ban a team from a country in conflict. Riding on public sympathy and opinions is really dangerous especially in sports because they won't be able to implement same measures when allies behave in similar fashion. Which could trigger civil unrest.

They are fighting in Ukraine, the Western Military is going to Estonia instead heading to Ukraine... Are they having issues reading their Maps correctly?
