Dear sir, only the enemies of Nigeria hate Alhaji Lai Mohammed . That's one of the best ex-Chief of Stafff Lagos State has ever had. He is not only an experienced Lawyer,  he is a brilliant administrator and a communicator with first degree in French Language yet he was not from a rich background. He is old enough to be a father to many of you .


If you are old enough to know who Alhaji Lai Mohammed is, you will know that you still have a long way to go in your own life and you don't cover such milestones in life if as a youth one spends all his or her time on Nairaland. It's particularly an unwise use of time hiding behind the anonymity of this kind of platform to run down others. Seriously,  for most of you,  Lai Mohammed is the least of your problems,  what you need to deal with first is the consequences of bad character of living different lifestyles online and offline , bad upbringing and highly addictive self imposed idleness. 

May God bless Lai Mohammed and other patriots . May God bless Nigeria. All the enemies of Nigeria will always lose .

They are greedily fixated on Afghan natural resources.

Afghanistan is so richly blessed with all the natural resources that if not for Islam they would av been among the world's most richest nation.

Their resources are so huge that the list endless - from chromium, copper, gold, iron ore, lead and zinc, lithium, marble, precious and semiprecious stones, sulfur and talc among many other minerals. The energy resources consist of natural gas and petroleum.

And it was rumored that they have a huge deposit of natural uranium - i guess you know what that means.

when you put people in charge of important positions as rewards for service during elections, what you get is entitlement, irresponsibility, incompetence and all round embarassment. Eductaed southerners that schooled abroad and less than 35 years should man 98% of public posts in Nigeria. You cant run a government on the backs of Abu Zaria and Kaduna polytechnic graduates who have the mentality that they are in office "for their turn", not because they have the capability to deliver.

Allen Onyema's case is a worse yhan Abba Kyari's case for the following reasons.

1) Oyema's alleged crimes were committed on US soil while Kyari's alleged crimes were allegedly committed on Nigerian soil
2) Oyema is a private citizen while Kyari is a public servant. Extraditing a public servant may have some technicalities involved.

That said it appears Nigerians don't like the treaty that allows regular citizens respond to fraud allegation and be tried in the US,it was a good initiative done in the spirit of support and collaboration to ensure openness and make sure all fraudulent boys don't escape to Naija and hide under our soveriegnty to commit crimes

However if the US will use this same treaty in a manner that disrespects the country to humiliate us (despite full cooperation from Nigeria at the expense of its citizens) and potentially put National interests at risk,then it's time to consider revoking the treaty 100% , end of story.

I repeat again,we are a soverign nation any attempt to mess with our sovereignty outrightly or subtlety,any act that places it at risk must be nipped in the bud,we owe it to future generations of Nigerians

This matter could have been handled better by the US,let's call it what it is,it is a gross disrespect to Nigeria the way it was handled,an attempt to ridicule the country despite all the support they had received in their fight against "yahoo boys" by the country

Who is inviting you matters a lot. Citizens with proof of income invitation letters have high priority. Permanent residence invitation with evidence of income makes sense also. I think a law should be enacted for security operatives to always put on body cams before they carry out any operation on civilians.. by so doing, the issue of we found this, it was planted to frame this person and issues like that won't arise.
