Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Previous Company Sued Me To Court After I Got Another Job With A Company. by Ade3131: 6:52pm On Jan 27, 2023 |
@op, this is the easiest case I've ever seen. Lemme gi e you the hint on how to go about it. Tell your current employer to give you another legit employment letter with a different job role that's different from anything related to your original field at your former company. Make sure you sign it with the exact date you signed when you actually got the job.... I mean postdatedly. Then get a competent lawyer and gallantly walk to court on the said date with your lawyers. Present your employment letter that shows you're actually working as something else different from what you really are..... Make sure all documents relating to what you really are is trashed or kept away from police or the court. It is your word against their. You now work in another company, not theirs, and they can't say they have facts about another company when in fact, the legal documents (i.e your employment letter) says otherwise. 4 Likes |

Goodlady: Flip the table and imagine you're the sister of that young man....how will you feel hearing what you just said from your fellow gender? You're not talking sense abeg! If you're lucky to have made the right choice on the kind of man to marry, do you not have any sympathy for those who genuinely thought they made the right choice but ended up with the wrong man? Or in your world, those kind of ladies should go and perish because your kind are lucky and there's no place those the unlucky ones. Women are the number 1 problem of their gender. |

Maxitomxane: If that picture is anything to go by, I can confirm to you that those are not Fulani chicken. They're usually very tall and big. You'd notice their unusual hight and body mas. Although not in anyway or form as massive as boilers but they compete well with slightly above average sized Kroiler birds. Their main advantage over Kroiler or noiler is their decease resistance just like our normal locals. 2 Likes |

Princedapace: Well, they also contribute tremendously to our internal economy. They help us balance our trade to some extent. Let's learn to appreciate their impact too while encouraging each other to do more. For once, let's Africans live together as one and brothers. Let us stop this whole madness of downtalking other tribes. We're all blacks. And we're one. Just to remind you, northerners make up well over 70% of our local agricultural produce. Despite the killings in the north, these people still religiously go to farm, and some of them even pay the ultimate price in the process. Many have been kidnapped, yet they won't stop going to the farm. Or when was the last time you went to the farm? I can confidently say that all the beans being consumed in Nigeria comes from the North. Imagine that. Let's just appreciate each other is all I'm preaching. Let's learn to love and accept each other for who we are and learn to coexist peacefully. 10 Likes 3 Shares |

If Agbaje's kids are not schooling or raised here, I don't think he's got the moral compass to tell anybody what to do with his or her life. |

Cantonese: To be candid, your points are valid and to some degree, 100% true. My question is premised on the claim that it's the market chairman that closed the market whereas in the real fact it is the constituted authority of the state that made the call. And to clarify you on the only point I think you missed a bit. If the state government decide it's time to reopen the market and the market chairman insist it remains closed, the state have the powers to nullify the authority and constitution that brought such chairman into office and appoint a sole administrator for such market, pending when a new election will be conducted, and consequently go on with their plans to reopen the market. The guys in ASPMDA will explain how this works to you because the immediate past president of ASPMDA was an administrator appointed by the government before they did election about 5 months ago or so. Like I said earlier, your points are valid just that we all know the shit of a country we find ourselves in. Our problem here is systemic failure. So many non-state actors and institutionalized corruption. I don't know how we're ever going to come out of it because if they make you the governor of Lagos state today, I can bet my left balls that you won't end it too, because the proceeds from this avenue are unaudited and unaccounted for, yet the remittance comes in daily. |

Tommymoses: I knew it'll get to this sooner than later from moment you said you're relocating it to the kitchen. I said to myself that the pot is closer than ever. Just to note. Your Turkey won't start laying anytime soon and the reason is that she's probably still recovering from the hit and okada accident. She doesn't really look healthy enough for me, and this imply that you need to either get her multivitamins and good layers mash chicken feed. Her calcium levels need to be at the right amount to develop egg shell internally. Those 2 accidents must have taken it's toll on her. 5 Likes |
