extol1:I second all you've said. Personally met with a friend who's from Kogi. the primary school in my friend's hometown has just 2 teachers left. Yahaya Bello claimed all the remaining ones are ghost workers and he sacked them without replacement. Also to add, 3 of my friend's elder brother and sisters were declared ghost workers by this same e-diot claiming they're ghost workers. The list goes on and on. What about bringing his tugs to kill or intimidate anybody who dare speak up against his government. Learnt the bas.tard had to relocate his mother to Abuja due to unending complaints about her son being tabled to her before the woman finally died in FCT. |
MejiLoyon:This one common die among those "boss ladies"...but some rude and ill-cultured men do it too. I put it down to 80-20% |
Zzor:He sounds confusing to u bcuz you're not a man. All he said there is similar to a lady saying she'd prefer an averagely good looking rich guy over a very handsome poor guy but if the rich guy is a dumb ass, she'd go with a smart/intelligent not too good looking guy who's got prospect. Hope it's clearer now? |
Ashirioluwa:Plus his account number and name of bank so that some Nairaland bankers who work there can validate or immediately tag him a scammer. |
ChangetheChange:ode...a knife carrying terrorist |
OneTemplate:I would have said I'm disappointed in you but then again, I felt the need to school you on the subject of the thread. This has got nothing to do with Tinubu directly as a person. The whole write-up speaks to the very ebb or core of our anti-corruption war as a country. Just like making the pope a symbol of same sex marriage. You should feel so ashamed having to come online to defend one of those who have failed you and your entire generation by proxy. |
There's an end goal to this...we know the drills better now. There's a prize at stake. Tacha, you're doing well for yourself. Vote for good governance when political parties are fielding thieves. Let her come and explain the sense in having a Buhari as president and Osibanjo as vice to us. The former a (debatable school cert holder) and the latter, a prof. and a SAN. |
BluntCrazeMan:The above only applies under normal condition but Nigeria's case is abnormal. Even if we have 100% turnout of voters, Nigerian politicians will rig the result and not the vote. |
Still waiting for 9ice's grammy award |
megacity:You're right to some extent but the harm Dangote is causing is that he's monopolizing the economy with the help of the lopsided policies of the govt. Remember how much local rice was sold for when all boarders were closed? It became far more expensive than foreign rice despite it being below standard. That's the effect of monopoly. Imagine we have a healthy competition in all the sector of the economy, I bet you that a bag of cement would crash within the shortest time possible, same way as it happened with the telecoms |
May God help us |
Oh... Africans! |
ILoveDemMANNA:You mean you still discuss one of Nigeria's biggest problems along partisan politics? Do you know that bullets and other warfare projectiles are no respecter of political affiliation or religious beliefs. They'll come for both APC and PDP members when they're done with the civilians and military men. It's just a matter of time. |
okeyglm:Just so you know, I was at this same Alaba Rago yesterday and hell no! Na fat lie. Azzin! This news is the greatest lie of all time. I equally passed through Yankaji (where they sell chicken and the "talo talo" ... Funny how that sounds). Na pure lies. Who dey even go Alaba Rago go buy chicken when Alaba International market down to Ajangbadi is now filled with Igbo and Yoruba chicken sellers who sells old layers and boilers. Believe me, na fat lie! |
It's been awhile since I last read something that crack me up this much.... I remember I explained some basic concept of commerce to Arewa1stSon the other day and am so glad we're all seeing it manifest right before our own eyes. Customer is the king! The man who owns the money dictates not you the seller of a perishable goods. Although I know that the 10b Naira too na hype but las las, sense must fall on una. Imagine what the situation will be if Niger Delta militants chase out all the NNPC staffs on their land and shutdown all the pipes that supply fuel to the North while those tankers with fuel are also turned back from Jebba/Mokwa road. We can conveniently import only the required amount of refined oil to South, after all Nigeria doesn't refine her oil. And Oil is not a perishable goods. Even the trailers you load your produce runs on fuel from the South. I'm not surprised sha, na Aboki people we dey talk about here, so I don't expect them to be .... |
That king should watch his back... This type of news should never ever have broke out. Keep it confidential and make all those who went for the operation swear an oath never to reveal it to anyone. Let it go unreported while you and your local vigilantes and hunters do the silent under-g work. |
thebosstrevor1:Shameless folks comparing failures. Had GEJ not messed up, we won't be in this PMB shit. Pot calling kettle black. GEJ and PMB are both failures if their governing abilities were to be compared. But I'm more disappointed in GEJ being that I placed so much expectations on him as the most learned president of the country in history. For PMB, his monumental failures were obvious from his campaign promises and reconfirmed in his first 6 months in office. That guy wasn't ready for governance. All he's after is to have a taste of presidency once more before he exits this world. One had no shoes and believes stealing is not corruption while the other had no certificate and believes any assault on the BH terrorist group is an attack on the North.... Holy shit! How did we end up with such people as successive presidents? People who have nothing to do with governance are the ones ruling. The chicken has finally returned home to roost truly. |
Mikecold:It's a case of 'may we not grow up to become everything we once detest'. If Nigeria survives the next 3 years of PMB reign then nothing else can break this country. |
I think GEJ himself said something similar to this about that time of the said election or when he was about to handover. But if it's true, GEJ follow put us for this mess. |
Arewa1stSon:@bolded above refers; I beg to differ with you on those highlighted points. If the Hausas present there were true patriots who truly believe in 'one Nigeria' like we're always meant to believe, will they stand and watch a known foreigner beat and kill their fellow patriot without fighting back in his defense? Or are we saying that if it was a fight between a Zabaruma man and a Hausa man, the Hausa guys would have stood and watch one of them beaten to death? Where then is the supposed "One Nigeria" your people are always claiming to be the custodian of? Nigeria could be considered the capital of hypocrisy if you're willing to admit that everything about your comment here is hypocritical. How do I mean by this? The OP made some strong allegations against the North and your humble self, and in defiance, all you could say is speak of hypocrisy when you've not attend to any of the things he said. For the 3rd bolded comment of yours, pls spare me that trash talk. The last patriotic Nigerian is Lateef Jakande who died recently. Every other person who's claiming to be one is nothing but a thief. Lemme say it this way. If there was no oil and sea port in the South, would your military heads have fought that Biafran war like they did? Also to add. Do you know that Nigeria and Cameron used to be one country during the precolonial times? How come no war was fought when Cameron wanted out of the union? This country was founded on greed and that is what will bring about the end of the country. One Nigeria that is not born out of love for the other tribes is that one One Nigeria? Can Hausas vote for Rochas Okorocha the same way they voted massively for Buhari because he's built schools up north, and in the spirit of "one Nigeria" ? We all know the truth but due to hypocrisy, you'll gladly look for means to either rain insults on me or choose not to reply. |
Asswipemod:At this point, I think I need to come in and give acct of my experience with these Niger guys. Based on my exposure with our Northern folks and their neighboring brothers, I make bold to say that a Zabaruma (Niger) man is an Hausa man until he dare drags anything with a core Nigerian northerner. By this I mean, they'll shield and call a foreigner (Nigerien, Chadian, Sudanese, Senegalese or Malian) their own either to spite their real Nigerian southern Brothers or to gain numerical advantage, whether for political reason or something else. This is just my own personal observation based on my time with them and that's why I'm not surprised to hear that we now have foreign Fulanis roaming around our country with of course the blessings and shield of their Nigerian tribes men who would welcome the devil himself provided he's ready to increase their number. |
We know before nau... |
PrinceOfLagos:South West? Really! Most southwest states shares boundary with Benin republic. Kwara is the touching or entry point between Benin Republic and Osun, Ekiti, and Ondo. Lagos connects Ogun to Benin Republic as well while Oyo have direct link to them through Shaki. Hope you know that a sizeable proportion of the farm produce that are consumed in Lagos State comes from Benin Republic. Most fruits except for water melon comes in from there. They have one of the best tomatoes in the market. Ask from those around Mile 12. Thanks to them, we for still dey chop stone rice .... The foreign rice from the is cheaper than our local rice and better quality wise. Lemme stop here jare |
Toor, we're getting there gradually... |
Na that tear nylon seater dey enter my eyes ooo. Chai! How many graduates fit buy tear nylon for this country. See political thug and bandits cashing out big big |
Eyah |
It should be lesser than 5k nau.... After all, there's possibility of selling more than 10 copies here on Nairaland. Abi who go come keep the change? |
BobbieZion:My brother, no wahala. You don win. I agree with you |
Thelife:I smile reading your comments... It is bcuz I'm asking you not to stereotype Muslims or people based on any bias you have for their race, tribe or religion that is making me support criminals? I was actually trying to make the links shorter that's why it didn't open. Check the complete links below and maybe it'll help reshape your perception about humans. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-13679234&ved=2ahUKEwikodyzxofvAhUE8xQKHe6pCiwQFjAAegQIARAC&usg=AOvVaw2_Np3VIKXglryvRvv7SgMD https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://mobile.reuters.com/article/amp/idUSBREA120CK20140203&ved=2ahUKEwikodyzxofvAhUE8xQKHe6pCiwQFjACegQIDBAC&usg=AOvVaw1mhmCI4qhlzximo2nwOt9x&cf=1 What even gave you the impression that I'm religious? The level of hate and disgust among the so to say "God people"....Muslims and christians alike is enough to make people like me dissociate from anything called religious belief. I beg, if the way you accused and attacked me wrongly is a form of defending your own religion and god, pls spare me from such, neither will I want to be identified with those who kill others bcuz their god instruct them to do so. You guys sucks!!! |
BobbieZion:Just so you know, Islamic clerics have been kidnapped and killed by these devil incarnates. See links below. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.aljazeera.com/amp/news/2015/7/3/boko-haram-kills-scores-praying-in-nigeria-mosques&ved=2ahUKEwil8ci2y4fvAhXXZxUIHfbJAoMQFjAAegQIARAC&usg=AOvVaw35fiwEI3SDqT7bRhHCAEBz&cf=1 https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-30256157&ved=2ahUKEwil8ci2y4fvAhXXZxUIHfbJAoMQFjABegQIChAD&usg=AOvVaw3SGSq0vdciQ-258m9oCanf https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://amp.theguardian.com/world/2015/jul/06/nigeria-bombs-kill-44-in-crowded-mosque-restaurant-jos-boko-haram&ved=2ahUKEwil8ci2y4fvAhXXZxUIHfbJAoMQFjADegQICxAC&usg=AOvVaw1TTBaDsbX6OW4wkWq_hVbt&cf=1 https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-13679234&ved=2ahUKEwikodyzxofvAhUE8xQKHe6pCiwQFjAAegQIARAC&usg=AOvVaw2_Np3VIKXglryvRvv7SgMD https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://mobile.reuters.com/article/amp/idUSBREA120CK20140203&ved=2ahUKEwikodyzxofvAhUE8xQKHe6pCiwQFjACegQIDBAC&usg=AOvVaw1mhmCI4qhlzximo2nwOt9x&cf=1 Lemme stop at those ones bcuz they're so many. Truly, crime has no race, religion or tribe. Or how do we explain it that the leader of BH is a Muslim from Maiduguri and the people he's tormenting are his own people? Fulani herdsmen too are Muslims and Fulanis and the people they're kidnapping are Hausa/Fulanis (except for some parts of the South), and they're majorly Muslims too. |
Thelife:You ask for one but I'll give one more as extra https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-13679234&ved=2ahUKEwikodyzxofvAhUE8xQKHe6pCiwQFjADegQICxAC&usg=AOvVaw11fGk8wR8wSTdZed05SEmI https://mobile.reuters.com/article/amp/idUSBREA120CK20140203&ved=2ahUKEwikodyzxofvAhUE8xQKHe6pCiwQFjACegQIDBAC&usg=AOvVaw1mhmCI4qhlzximo2nwOt9x&cf=1 Let's call crime by its name. BH has terrorized humans of both faith and even razed down villages. They've maimed children, old or adults. Kanuribes are their most victims (Shekarau's own tribe). What would have concern me a common Yoruba man in their wahala? Is it religion or what? I don't stereotype people and generalization is very wrong. Yes, BH claimed to be fighting for a religious course but how many Muslims like them near you are doing what they're doing? Or are they more islamically inclined than the emir of sokoto, the prince of Dubai and so on? Let's be guided plz |
Reex12:How about other numerous innocent victims that have been killed by BH? Are they all christians? What about the unknown mallams or Musa the gateman that these motherfuckers have sent to their early graves? The farmers and the likes.... Guy, this BH guys have no business with religion. Know this and know peace. |
