Iconic Nigerian singer-songwriter, Ayodeji Balogun better known as Wizkid, recently demonstrated the responsibilities of a good father by instilling a sense of discipline in his third son, Zion.

In a video that made it’s way to the internet, the singer, popularly referred to as “Starboy” is seen chilling with the young lad. In the video, Wizkid is seen holding held a glass of what appears to be champagne.




And while he talks with his son, the little one is seen attempting to reach for the glass but the singer quickly took it away from him.

Zion reacted by raising up his two hands like he no longer wanted to have the drink.

Nollywood actress, Didi Ekanem has taken to her social media platform to warn other women to stop calling men broke.

In her view, it’s unacceptable for women to be calling men broke and say they won’t get close to any of them because of their financial situation.




She argued that being broke is not permanent and that a broke person can be rich the next minute.

The actress who also doubles as fashion designer further said if their own mothers married their broke fathers, what’s the point in mocking and rejecting men who don’t have money and refusing to establish any relationship with them.

Popular Nigerian Barrister, Dr Joe Abah has advised young Nigerians to leave the country if they have the opportunity.

The respected Dr. made the statement while telling the story of when he moved abroad for the first time.




According to Dr. Joe, when he got to the UK for the first time, he could see a clear path to succeeding in life but he couldn’t see that path as a young man in Nigeria.

It’s true that when I got to the UK for the first time, I thought “Is this all?” However, I could see a clear path to how I could own a car, buy a house and build a career. I couldn’t see that path as a young man in Nigeria. I still don’t see it for many young Nigerians now.




In your youth, you should japa if you want to and have an opportunity to do so. Get the basics, like a car, a house, a 90-inch TV and a bad bad sound system. Build your CV there & show them you are a determined Naija person. If, later, you want to come back, it’ll be by choice.

Some men of the Nigerian army allegedly assaulted and cut off a man’s dread in Delta state.

According to the Twitter user, @ChristianahAba1 who shared the story on the platform, the young man was on his way to his mum’s house when he met the alleged soldiers.




Christiana revealed that the soldiers asked the unidentified man to come down from his car and queried why he had dreadlocks.

She also alleged that the soldiers beat up the man and cut off his dreads.

A Nigerian lady identified as Amaka took to Twitter recently to reveal that she unknowingly used the sum of N200,000 as stake for a bet she made.

According to the lady, she wasn’t aware what she was doing at the time she made the bet becauseher sobriety was not stable.




Amaka shared that she was high while typing the amount she intended to use to bet and so she had no idea how many zeros was being inputted which later turned out to be too much.

But she was lucky to retrieve the money back via the bet, as the game she staked on, returned a win of N32,000.




At the end she made N232,000 from the bet she made with N200,000.

A man has cried out on Twitter after he was scammed by a native doctor. The victim named Seun claims the native doctor “jazzed” him, such that he didn’t know what he was doing.

He added that the man gave him things to eat and drink then used fear tactics to make him do his biddings.




He found himself giving the native doctor all that he had and even borrowed to give to him.

In a video making rounds on social media, the victim is seen arresting the native doctor with the help of a soldier.

A Nigerian father known as The Shy Guy on Twitter said that his child wrote a note for him and his mother to knock before entering his room.

The man posted on Twitter that his wife sent him a photo of the note their son left for them on his bedroom door. The little boy told his parents to ‘please knock before coming in’.

Explaining the reason behind the note, the eight-year-old said that his mother often barged into his room without bothering to find out if he was busy or not.




The father then wondered what an eight-year-old boy could be busy doing that he didn’t want his parents to know about.

According to onlookers who recorded the video, there is speculation of whether or not the soldier is the lady’s father; either way, the fully dressed military man could not be approached for questioning by civilians.

A Ghanaian man has taken Twitter, to give a suggestion to men who are yet to achieve anything since the inception of the year.

One Owoblow ABD has called out a state-owned hospital for being overcharged following a safe child delivery that lasted for about an hour.

Taking to social media to share a snapshot of his bill, Owoblow lamented that the fees is too expensive despite the quick child delivery.

“Tragedy at our so called Genaral Hospital, how on Earth can a less than 1 hour labour and delivery successful without CS cost all this. Pls how much is private Hospital or even Iya Alagbo,” he wrote.

A viral video has captured the moment a popular Nigerian Twitter influencer, Motara teased a child beggar with a bottle of drink.

In the video, the influencer was driving in traffic when a child beggar approached her, car to beg. In response, Motara asked the little girl if she wants a drink and she answered in an affirmative manner.

Motara who had no intention of giving the little child the drink, but rather, to tease her, placed the mouth of the bottle near the girl’s mouth while her car window was still up.

As cars start moving, the little girl ran after Motara’s car, hoping for the drink, but she continued to use the drink to tease the little girl and ended up laughing at the child before gulping down the drink and driving off.

The social media personality, shared the video from the scene on her whatsapp captioning it, “I’m shitty, I know, I gave her money las las sha”.

Although she claims to have deleted the video almost immediately, but it had already been captured by others on her list.

Someone who screen-recorded the video then shared it on Twitter and her actions have since sparked outrage on the internet.

A Twitter user shared screenshots of a chat with the affected man and how he got to discover that his Casanova friends have already had relations with the woman he was probably considering for marriage.

In the chat, a friend of his was asking him why he left their group chat and he revealed that it was because they were requesting for her picture but because he knew about their playboy lifestyles, he did not want to ruin his relationship by showing her photos to them.

However, as the chat proceeded, the man told his friend that her name is Ashley, only for him to realize that they already knew her.

He eventually accepted his fate by stating that he gives up.

A young man has revealed how he became motivated to embark on a weight loss programme after his ex-girlfriend dumped due to his size.

According to the man with Twitter handle @xopercs, his ex left him at the beginning of the lockdown period because he was fat.

He then commenced exercises to get himself in shape following the heartbreak.
