Like play like play, GEJ will lose. . .
Like play like play, militancy will return to the creeks
Like play like play, they will bomb all oil installations
Like play like play, all IOCs will leave country
Like play like play, Nigerian economy folds
Like play like play, Nigeria divides. . .

That is what Jimmy is driving at.
IOCs have already left. They have sold their o shore businesses to local companies who are managing community relations better. The oil market has crashed anyway. Jimi Agbaje cannot be talking trash at his level.
Politics › Re: Fact Check: How Many Jobs Has Jonathan Created? by Adminisher: 10:34pm On Jan 07, 2015
Zero Jobs. A good President like Obama actually has an office in the white house tallying jobs. And that is separate from what the economic reporting agencies do. Jonathan about two months ago was boasting about how many private jets are operating in Nigeria. He actually has the number of private jets in his head but jobs for the youth no way.

There must be something about this guy. The whole country is under Buhari fever. The way they are going they are giving this guy major popularity o. I think eventually as I predicted, PDP will campaign against itself.
Politics › Re: Genuine Reasons South-south May Shut Down Nigeria If GEJ Loses. by Adminisher: 9:18pm On Jan 07, 2015
RedEboe:
If GEJ were lose to Buhari in a 'non-boko haram' Nigeria, NOBODY in the South-South will complain. However, one of the major sore points of GEJ's administration remains the insecurity allegedly created and nutured by the North.

Though some pro-APC regions have chosen collective amnesia, fact remains that some Northern groups did promise to make Nigeria ungovernable if GEJ won in 2011 and it happened.

The average Niger-deltan feels that the North has sabotaged 'their son's' government and many are waiting to see what happens next in 2015.

Truth be told, the crisis in the North-East has not affected the rest of Nigeria's growth because that region contributes little to the Nigerian economy. Same cannot be said for oil in the Niger-delta.

It is unfortunate, but this is a sad reality.

I know GEJ will still win the 2015 elections without these needless threats . But in case he doesnt win, Nigerians should know that these threats are not empty.

My opinion.
Jonathan is not winning any elections.
Nigeria is too big to be threatened. Please believe that. If any South South state shuts down oil production, they are courting hunger and penury. If you think hunger is glamorous please try to imagine what the sound of a hungry baby does to the mind of a parent. Don't even go where you should not. A naval blockade for one month and no transfers from the federation accounts will ground a state completely. Crime will rise and inter ethnic tensions will commence. Refugees will flood everywhere and the UN will be begging the federal government to temper justice with mercy. Let us not rain curses on ourselves. If the federal fiscal structure needs to be dealt with Jonathan had six years to do it and he was too much of a coward to do it. Maybe the man Buhari who does not care for billions will be the person to eventually ensure fiscal federalism with each region controlling its wealth but not by threats or militancy. Trouble no good.

Jimi is an alarmist-guys like him thrive in creation of fears to rule naïve electorates. He should not sugarcoat folks in abroad to return to Nigeria.Let the goodness of the country speaks for itself.l,then those guys will willingly return to the base.
Someone should ask this guy if that is the way he runs his family. His first Son comes out and says '' I want to go out with your car at 1am and I am not coming back for one week. Give me $5000 immediately or I will burn the house down '' and Jimi says please, hands him the keys and counts the money into the teenagers hands. That is what I call Jonathanianism. That is why Clueless has not been able to defend this country and why he was unable to visit Chibok, That is why Shekau calls him by name in videos and threatens him and all he does os run to the US and France who have also betrayed him. Clueless nation under a clueless leader.
Politics › Re: SS Youth Can Shut Down Economy If Jonathan Is Not Re-elected – Jimi Agbaje by Adminisher: 8:51pm On Jan 07, 2015
This Jimi Agbaje is not fit for leadership. He has just explained the PDP attitude to TERRORISM. No wonder BokoHaram is flourishing under the presidency of Clueless. It is very sad that someone who wants to be governor of a very important state just made this statement.

So Jimi is saying I should disenfranchise myself because a small, minority within one of Nigeria's constituent minority nationalities want their own man as President and because they have close physical proximity to oil production which forms the main foreign exchange earner I should willingly do so. A resource whose value is even dropping and will eventually drop to $30 a barrel.
What if the militants turn around and ask for our women to ensure that the oil flows, do we also give them?. Maybe we should also donate our children as slaves while we are at it.

This is the major issue Nigerians are having with this corrupt occultic party that God has singled out for judgement. The Jonathan they are talking about has not done fuckall to the Niger Delta, instead it is Billionaire militants and widespread poverty. The region itself is pulsing under serious inter ethnic tensions between Itsekiri, Ijaw, Urhobo, Kalabari, Nembe, Ogoni, Ikwerre and other groups that it is the power and strength of the Federal entity that is keeping things at bay. A power that the Jonathan presidency has progressively whittled away by corruption and wastefulness.

Buhari might eventually be the saviour of the region, bringing corruption free governance and ensuring that the linkages between the corrupt JTF and oil thieves are broken.

Sorry Mr Jimi Agbaje, I used to think you were leadership material who was unfortunately in the wrong party but alas I was wrong and I don't see you becoming governor of Lagos State.

Some hidden supporters from the president's camp as well.

Politics › Re: Buhari Represents Darkness While GEJ Represents Light - Femi Fani-kayode by Adminisher: 4:18pm On Jan 07, 2015
The Jonathan government made Nigeria shed innocent blood on a daily basis for the entire 2013 and 2014.

A quarter of the budget was stolen every year and the infrastructure projects they were supposed to be financed with were then trickily converted to Chinese loan financing and PPP.

If that is LIGHT to FFK then he should go back to his drugs.

Things were much better for him then.

The JONATHAN GOVERNMENT IS A GOVT OF THIEVES and the facts will soon come out.

Use the money to empower them to create wealth and not share it amongst them

Have you heard of Capitalist Welfarism.?

Buhari is advocating Socialist Welfarism

Nigeria needs capitalist welfarism and not socialist welfarism.
Please dont throw out words you don't understand. The two parties cannot be giving us the same ideological direction. There has to be a clear and distinct differentiation in both parties as far as economic ideology goes.
Capitalist welfarism is what the PDP government has been doing wrongly. When governments mindlessly throws money at monopoly organizations and already rich people and practically empower only Dangote and Oil marketers with government money and tax waivers you are wrecking the economy because those people and organizations get soft and very inefficient. They also get uncompetitive internationally and cronyism develops between privatised businesses and the govts that sold them. Very serious corruption and cronyism and fascism can develop this way.

The PDP government realized the error too late and now they are doing the partially right thing by now concentrating on SMEs. With SMEs having access to loans and perks previously going to large monopolies you actually get more people employed.

What the APC will do is empower small technical businesses, manufacturing, services with loans, training and patronage while also moving a lot of people move out of poverty so that the small businesses can be patronized adequately. You need to always look at the demand side in everything as well. According to my own rough calculations, the N5000 allowances for 25 million with improve GDP by a further 4.5%, if we tax well and do good things with exchange rate, inflation will not increase by more than 2% because of that but after 2 years, Nigeria will become like China with many local small scale manufacturers making goods for the west African and African markets.

" We rechannel subsidy to feeding school children." Osinbajo

No room for True federalism

SW. RONU
These are very laudable programs please think real deep about it and use your imagination. Nigeria has spent N12 trillion on defence and security in 4 years, we have also lost 15000 people to killings and bombings. They have stolen N5 trillion in fake fuel subsidies. Please do your research, think imaginatively and don't ridicule the sharing of national wealth and emancipation of the millions of people not taking part in the economy. All these money will boast local consumption and government can pay for it easily by just administering current taxation system well. Not through new taxes or increase in tax rate.. If you know you are really clever then buy a farm, start manufacturing something or rendering a service now because the demand side of the economy just improved considerably.

As for true federalism and fiscal federalism Jona never had the balls to implement it because his godfathers said no. The National Conference implementation is also in the cooler. Buhari will do what all the other governments could not due to the interference and control by business interests locally and internationally. There is no alternative any way with oil price at $49

Buhari Supporters can mark my word..
You are obviously lacking in vision. What Nigeria do you have now, what do you think we were before and what is the real potential of Nigeria?. Are you not tired of Nigeria? What ideas has Jonathan brought into govt? The answer is ZERO. The people working are just five ministers; Ngozi Iweala, Aganga, Adesina, Omobola Johnson and Maku who has now left government.

Jonathan has just been playing catch-up to these technocrats who know what they are doing. All he needed to add was TH foundational defence and security, personal gravitas and anti corruption infrastructure.
He has failed at his own job and we have to thank the super ministers for managing him well. However a hundred good minister's cannot compensate for a very bad President.
Can Jonathan run Nigeria with oil price of $45 a barrel?. NO.

The worst indication of Jonathan's bad presidency is the weak and uninspiring foreign policy. Nigeria has been demoted in the committee of nations by this light weight simpleton president. Kenya, Uganda, South Africa, Chad and Niger have at various times insulted Nigeria over the weakness of our armed forces.

You can say whatever you want to say about BUHARI but people are looking at this man and feeling that he genuinely cares and these are the things that make his opponents jittery and worried. Buhari is connecting to people more than I have seen him in a long time. I don't know if this is his idea or his aides but this is what Nigerians like to see right now: a leader who cares.
On the President' s side you have a bunch of very tired dumb politicians, lacking people engagement skills and zero commitment to their cause going against the well oiled APC political machine. The billions s the PDP has is going to work against them. The President is going to be mounting the rostrum to speak on campaign tours very soon an I am sure there is palpable fear in PDP because this guy just can stay on message and is almost sure to get his candidacy into trouble with his thoughtless off the cuff remarks.

Politics › Re: President Jonathan's Costly Mistakes On Nigeria's Foreign Policies by Adminisher: 11:02am On Jan 07, 2015
Jonathan has not govern Nigeria any foreign policy whatsoever. The Cluelessness people talk about has been most glaring on the foreign scene. Nigeria has lost influence internationally and cannot even import weapons from such countries as US, Israel and many European countries. All weapon imports passing through Saudi Arabia and S. Africa have been blocked. With major identity crisis caused by governmental Cluelessness, the FG found itself voting as a minority African country against a resolution in support of Palestinian statehood recently.

Buhari' s entry into politics is going to damage the culture of corruption currently existing. Jonathan said this week that he and was going to expose the mistakes of previois governments. This was an obvious reference to Obj, IBB and Buhari regimes. This act is going to be retaliated by the release of even more damaging information against PDP by government by APC which might close the books completely on some long standing sharp practices in government circles in Nigeria. Prepare for a lot'm of drama this February.

The PDP is destroyed completely and even major parts of the APC wont be the same. The change is comprehehsive. It is going to be painful for the PDP and major actors in APC but it is what Nigeria wants.

There is problem with the president's campaign. I find it hilarious that Orji (Abia State Governor) is saddled with the responsibility of convincing the south-east electorate to vote for GEJ. Why didn't GEJ give it to Enugu governor, maybe that was why he did not attend the campaign inauguration.
There is intellectual deficit in the Jonathan campaign. There is also a lot of cynicism. People see Jonathan as the drowning president and are keeping their distance. The average party man will do his best to win his seat and jump on the winning side days before the elections. This Orji leading campaigns in the east is the dumbest thing ever.
