Why do lawyers need to go to law school after already obtaining a law degree?
Even accountants have to pass ICAN exams to be seen as real accountants after spending years in the university for a degree. This kind of absurdity only happens in Nigeria—where did our policymakers pick up these practices?

Hello everyone, I kindly ask for your assistance and advice regarding my uncle. My uncle who is a black Nigerian, has been falsely accused of beating clients in a care home by four white people. They raise these allegations against him just because they hate him whenever he voice out to them at work. He has been called to meetings twice, during which he has sobbed and denied all of the accusations made against him. The police have been contacted, but they have stated that they cannot investigate the matter because there is no evidence. The care home has forwarded the case to safeguarding teams, and an investigation is still underway. I would like to know who we should get in touch with to aid my uncle because we are at a loss. Since we are unsure of what to do while the investigation is ongoing. Our mental health is affected at the moment, he is currently on suspension for a month now from work

I am in the process of applying for my child's dependant visa and at the same time applying to update my skilled worker visa. In the application for my child, there's a place where my own application status was needed. It read thus - "Does (refering to me) already have their Skilled worker visa immigration permission?" With an option of yes or no.

What do you think should be the correct option?

While trying to apply for my child dependent visa, I got a point where I was asked of my application status - "Does Bleep (refering to MA) already have their Skilled worker visa immigration permission?" With an option of yes or no.

Keep in mind: I have been in UK already but just updating my visa also due to change of employer.
