When can one start counting the 18weeks OR THIS 1-3MONTHS YOU SAID?

I was interviewed mid January. And was given an offer letter mid May. Though they hinted that Sponsorship can take up to 18 weeks that mid May. But upto now aside documentations and enhanced check, the HR tells me they are still waiting for the outcome of the sponsorship each time I ask.

Oga....from my comment u should get that there is a wait time for employer to get cos from home office before they can assign it to you.....that wait time is not certain...

home office can delay anybody and nobody can hold them.....u go wait for ur employer to contact you....

Assuming Maintenance is ticked and you applied together with your family (dependants) and visa is given. Then MA traveled first to resume work before dependants can join. How long MAX can the dependants expected to stay outside UK when visa has been granted before joining the MA? I HOPE THERE WONT BE ISSUE AT POE IF THEY HAD VISAS FOR THE PAST 6 MONTHS?

Once ur vignette/visa sticker is issued...it will have an expiry date on it...weda u are dependent or main applicant, u must enter the uk before it expires...its not usually more than 3 months .....if it expires u cant enter the uk with it again

Still......u can still enter uk whenever u want as long as main applicant visa is active......its just u will have to reapply for another vignette with 155£ ...if the cost has not changed

Except for a few prodigies out there.....Most kids these days just get advantage of parents that help them finish early by starting primary 1 by age 5...doing common entrance in primary 5...and also doing GCE in SS2.......it all comes down to the type of parent, finance availability , and opportunity which some kids dont have....

How long does it takes for COS to be issued.

U really cant say .......because u cant tell weda the employer has the COS at hand or the employer is just requesting for the batch COS numbers from home office....the latter can take 1- to 3 months especially if the employer doesnt pay for fast track...

But once the employer has recieved the number and decided to sposor u...assigning COS to an apllicant is less than 24 hrs

It pains who invest more in the relationship and thats the man....Women move on easily cos of their stinginess....they understand basic risk management right from the start of the relationship

Except for a few ladies....women mostly invest
