For a man the surest way to assure some of his genes survive and passed on is to spread his seeds into several women, not just one. On the other hand, a woman sleeping around has no such advantage. Now ....ECO has nullified her chance to claim full custody...because of the bolded above....

Problem (NSF email) : Ukvi is asking her to provide a proof that will let her fly with the kid without the father that has joint care and custody since he's not dead....

Even though you may be right, but it's still a guess. The best way to tackle a problem is to know what exactly is the problem and not from the solution options.
