The truth is, we Nigerians love to complain about injustice, but at the end of the day, we use the same injustice to do wrong things.

At the end of the day, the girl did not steal the phone, did not extort or blackmail the brother for the phone, the boy gave her the phone of his own free will, and while that is silly, it is by no means a crime. Yet the woman woke up, and got the girl arrested on a charge of theft.

I wonder if the woman who is boasting of the crime would be happy if her ex used similar methods to retrieve any gift he gave her.

I am ready to be abused and cursed for my comment, but she was wrong, it is not right, and this is one of the things that we do wrong in our country. And after, tomorrow evening, we will all come and complain about how policemen and women are evil people...when we put them up to it.
