The appointees will have responsibilities in our Human Capital and Organization Development Consulting Division, coordinating executive search assignments job evaluation, compensation design, organization, restructuring and development and other related projects. The successful candidates for the training positions will have support role in our training function, marketing for training programme, and effectively assisting in coordinating same.

Ideal candidates would have had appreciable human resources training management experience, operating currently in a Consulting organization as Head or Deputy Head of Personnel/Training in a well-structured manufacturing, commercial or service organization.

Job Summary

The suitable candidate for this position must be a result-oriented person with strong business development skills who understands the Ota and Agbara territory very well and with strong contacts with the HR/Training and Engineering Managers/Heads.



Job description

The appointee should understand the importance of leading staff from the front in effective business development and will have responsibilities for budgets, profits and performance management
This will facilitate the marketing of the company’s products and services, which include technical training, recruitment of engineering staff as well as outsourcing services
The successful candidate will lead the business development of one of the company's branches with strong leadership skills.


Requirement

The preferred candidate should have an engineering degree as well as professional business development knowledge.
Not less than 12 years of management experience, the last four years would have been in the profitable management of technical/ management training institution in the Ota/Agbara industrial areas
Suitable candidates will understand the Ota/Agbara industrial zones and have, or be capable of developing senior-level contacts with the HR/ Training as well the manufacturing/ Engineering managers
Experience in managing a successful Technical Training Company is an advantage.
Others with other qualifications, but who have the experience, managing a successful engineering training/consulting practice will also be considered
The candidate should be resident around Ota, Ogun State or environ.
