WOW!! Nice and clean roads. |
You have moved on, you have moved on. How can someone be incommunicado for 4 solid months without any word from the person. Though i feel you love this girl but be rest assured that if you take her back, you'll still get burnt. Habits never die. At this stage, i'll say "Love Gbakwa oku". |
This is a nice innovation. This is Googlr giving back to the world. |
As far as your tithe is going to where it's needed as stipulated by the bible then the church you pay it shouldn't be a problem. |
Elxandre: Afam you mean there are schools as cheap as 100k in europe?I know there are tuition free schools, so having a school with tuition less than 100k is no biggie. I have some friends schooling in such schools in The Ukraine. Though i don't know the quality of these schools. But can they be that bad? They're in Europe and are probably better than most((if not) all schools in Nigeria. |
London has become soo unsafe for people to live in. Even one's own relationship can decide to take the person out cos the society has become dysfunctional, morally. Small boys are now joining gangs and knifing each other like it's a hobby. You take your child to London at your own risk. Very few kids come out of London untainted. God bless the woman's soul. |
Since you mentioned an English speaking country then i guess we'll narrow it down to England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. These are the only English speaking countries in Europe. Don't you think 100,000 is too small to pay for tuition, especially for an European uni? I think that amount should be your pocket money for one month. If you're looking for cheap schools or even tuition free schools then you have to look at Ukraine and some Scandinavian countries. |
Here's the lyrics... Mon enfant, ma baby girl Voici venu le moment tant appréhendé Où je dois te conduire, Bras dessus, bras dessous A celui qui prendra ta main Devant Dieu et devant les hommes Ton prince charmant, A qui tu diras oui Pour le meilleur et pour le pire Choeurs I Jesu she, Hwelin ganto she, Wa se de she, Ovi she we Nin dji djo ho, Assou dagbe, Kpo vi dji dji, Dona dona ni she Gbe he me mite sien Azon she ma dike, Ma kpe nou kounwe go Dje dje vignin baby girl Dje die hoin be sou gnonnou eh Omon mi baby girl, I wo ti mon feran oh, To fe lo si ilé oko Adouwa mon gba foun e, K’oloroun mi ma baelo Choeurs II Though I hate to see you go I know you have your life to live And I can see love in your eyes The sun shines brightly in your heart You’re never been so beautiful And you can see my joy and pride for you Though your smile I see your tears Take his hand my baby girl, And be his wife forever more The time has come for you to go Wipe your tears and never fear Cause I will always be right here for you Tu sais j’ai tant rêvé De pouvoir te garder, Sans jamais t’partager Mon enfant, ma baby girl, Ton prince charmant est arrivé I never thought you’d leave me, Soon for anyone So hard to let you go, Oh my child, my baby girl The time has come to live your life Choeurs II (Bis) |
I get that a lot...it's normal for you to start conjuring a lot of things in your head when you receive the silent treatment. That's why effective communication is the key to any sort of relationship. |
Baybe: Ewwwwwwwwww!!A spell on who? The perpetrator or the victim? |
It's not normal but it can be a normal act for teenage boys he's an aspiring perv ![]() They feel that if they cannot see the real thing then why not settle for something that has a close relationship with the real thing Funny stuff ![]() |
Annie2gud: They scheme...on how to milk the estate dry and only good in distributing dia miracles and testimony pamplets.mehm dia loud speakers na die o.but there is this fine deeper life church that doesnt disturbs much.the pastor is a very fine follower of christ..that helps the less priviledge kids aroung.very humble dude.I admire the pastor's kind gesture but i think community service should be an institutional thing. It's supposed to be a cardinal part of the church's ministry. |
Uyi Iredia: Daystar, Latter Rain and TREM are popular pentecostal churches, especially in Lagos who aren't known for private jets and amassung wealth. Correct me if I'm wrong. The fact that they're yet to buy private jets does not mean that they're not amassing wealth. Very few pentecostal churches can be said to be servants of the community. |
Who remembers this song by Nel Oliver titled "Baby Girl". I just came across it again and i think it's one of the best song that i've heard. It's a mixture of English, French and Yoruba...The lady he featured also has a very nice voice. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zqzBFXa2js0 |
991: Nothing! irrespective of the fact that my community gave them land, contribute money to build the church, donates food items, buy car for the priest, sweep and clean the church building daily with out being paid. The MUMU is on you then. No offence. |
Uyi Iredia: ^^^I'll assume you are Catholic. They do emoloy labor by building their numerous diocese. Quite impressive structuresNo, i'm not Catholic but i think the Catholic church has contributed more to this world than all these ogbanje penticostal churches that are only interesting in amassing wealth and buying private jets. |
They only help in the spiritual department. They pray for the community ![]() Even companies do more community work than churches these days. Churches are no longer what they used to be be in the old times. It's all about amassing wealth and keeping it in the church instead of spreading it around. |
Everyone is just pulling events that happened in people private homes from their exterior, brandishing them with big grammar. We'll never know the real story because the real Actors will never come out to say it as it it. Even Useni's story was disputed by Col Achuzia who said Useni was a common Junior officer during the coup. He only became prominent when he was among the soldiers recruited by the Gowon administration. I think it's imperative that everybody takes the blame for what has befallen Nigeria. I think it's sadistic for anyone to think that they have played no negative part in the nose diving of Nigeria. We have no saints in Nigeria. Take your blame and let others take theirs. All these revisionist stories that tend to paint our part of the country as the good part will not take us anywhere. I for one have never really batted an eyelid about the events that happened in the counter coup as far as it concerned soldiers that were thought to have participated in the first coup. My only grouse is involving innocent women and children who had no part in the coup. |
The guy is not a reverend father. He was only posing as one. |
So, what point is Reverend Mbang trying to make? have this people now brought PDP into the methodist church. Are Rev Mbang and Ola Makinde heading different factions? |
Allohrandy: The fact is whites are well off than blacks in America because of discrimination and racism. The black unemployment rate is twice that of whites. There are more black men in prisons than they are in colleges. Infact 1 out of 7 black men in America is either in jail or has been in prison. The America system has failed black people in US and proverty rate among blacks is higher than any other race. Infact a white man with a criminal record has a higher chance of getting a job than a black man with a college degree because White still control US economy and they are very few black millioniares in American. most of the black millioniares are either in sports or entertaiment and you hardly see black American millioniares in wall street. 50 years after Martin Luther King died there is still racism in AmericaThings have definitely gotten better since Martin Luther King and they will keep getting better for Black people in America. The fact that you have a black president does not give credence to the gargantuan racism that you have painted. Granted that there is racism in America just like everywhere in the world including Nigeria, i think the minority population have been given the opportunity to succeed through affirmative action and other policies and some have taken that opportunity. It will take a very long time to see a massive effect of these policies cos blacks have been dealt a deadly blow in the past. |
There's already a similar thread created. https://www.nairaland.com/1457545/miss-philippines-miss-world-2013 |
Nice article... Though i disagree with you that the America being shown on TV is not the real America. It's the real America just like those ghettos that you posted. There are good and bad places in any part of the world but i can assure you one thing. There are more ghettos where those you're advising are coming. Infact, i think it's dumpsite cos those ghetto picture you posted is like heaven to a lot of Ajegunle peeps. |
