i've always been on the slim side- yoga everyday and as much raw food as possible

beef is bad, period.
it takes a very long time to digest, so it rots in ur stomach.
and it takes too much energy/enzymes to digests. it makes ur body over work.
besides that, it's fattening. all red meat is harmful.
