qualityovenbake: It is finish. Government robbing it's citizens of their right. . Then what's the essence of prepaid meter because from my understanding, it's a 'pay as you go' tariff, you pay for your energy before you use it, usually by adding money to a 'key' or smart card, which is then inserted into the meter. Now they want to abandon prepaid meters and turn it to the highest bidder...... Their FAGBON there Is Ikeja Electric owned by Govt? |

Good to know that the Presidency is operating as one unit.
In contrast to what we see with previous govt, a lot of agencies and departments under the presidency has been domiciled in the Office of the VP.
Except the Chief of staff to the VP, these are techincally not immediate aides of the VP, but aides of the Presidency as an establishment, but domiciled in the office of the VP.
Some of them were nominated by the VP and has been working with him since the first tenure.
What some people want is for the VP to be fighting and countering his Boss and for the office of the President and VP to be operating as cat and dog. |

RussianKGB: Damage control lol There is nothing like damage control. What we have is lack of comprehension skills on the part of some people. The last report from the presidency did not state that Bashir and Lauretta were dropped. It only stated names of people appointed for specific positions, while some hate-filled illiterates went wild with joy and their own faulty narration that it means Bashir and Lauretta has been dropped. When I saw the comments and the excitement, I was just shaking my head. People dont read properly in this country. They just read the sensational headline from a news site and jump into conclusion. I was even more baffled, that people still failed to see the sarcasm in Bashir's tweet afterwards, and were still laughing and hating on the young man. Silly, envious and hateful lots. |

The next level train is coming through the south. Fowler is coming back. That was the same way some people came up with a 500 million fraud when Emefiele was about to be reappointed for another term to discourage PMB from reappointing him but they failed. Buhari is a conservative. He would rather stick with an old hand who has not totally messed up than experiment with a new hand. |

TSRC: Vote the minister of darkness. The rocket science man? All talk no action merchant.
Try again in 2039 when it is your turn.
By that time, good and credible people would have done the hardwork of national development. Who's turn is it? The SE is already queing behind either Atiku, Tambuwal or Kwankwaso. It is left for other people with the vision and courage to step up. Fashola is the best candidate for 2023. He has the discipline and astuteness to hold the military together and keep them in check, and he is well respected by the nation's elders. |

Orlaoluwayimika: My own posit on this is what would ve happened if he had won the election as an HOA member. He would ve perfectly used that to cover his' nefarious act and no one would believe he is a Kidnapping kingpin. It would even be worse if he belongs to the opposition party.
Protest upon protest calling for his' release. This speaks so much about our Political system, Political leaders, and Political belief system. Many are there already. I once read a similarly detailed account of how an armed robbery kingpin was serving as a political appointee in Bayelsa state and how he was using Bayelsa state official vehicles to transport arms and evade police. This is someone who has participated in a lot of bank robberies in Rivers state. |

Cwest77: Helloo Gazzus, Please I have a Toyota camry 2009 and I keep hearing a sound like a plastic hitting on a metal from the driver side. The first mechanic said it's the hub and we changed the hub and the noise is still there. He said he didn't know what the problem could be again. Now,I hear another cracking noise when I'm turning and a second mechanic said it's the shafts. We have since changed the shaft head/cup and the noise at turning has stopped. However, the initial noise sounding like a plastic and metal hitting each other resumed with a higher resonance. The noise is always heard between 60-80km/hr and on a very smooth road. Now, the 2nd mechanic says it's the shaft part connecting the gear box. He said the "bevel" needs to be changed and with that they have to bring down the gear for that. Please advise. You may have to close your eyes and pay for diagnosis at a standard workshop. I experienced similar issue and kept changing different things on the car legs until I got fed up and took it to an autoshop for diagnosis. After they lifted the entire car up, a stroll to assess the car from the under revealed the cause of the noise at a glance. A cracked beam. |

unite4real: My thoughts as well. He claimed he was refused NIMC registration because of bvn age details. He went to correct his bvn details. Went back for the NIMC and was asked to pay 15k to correct the date of birth. What are they correcting when he claimed he was refused registration initially. I don't get it I am actually supporting the position of the OP. My comment got muddled up. A lot of people have been complaining about same issue, and all of them can't be wrong. Kindly note that NIMC obtained people's data from BVN. If you have BVN, NIMC already has your data and has issued NIN (National Identity Number) for you eventhough you may not have registered for the National ID. However, they dont disclose this. They still want people to come to them to regularize the data, it is after then, they will now release the NIN. Those that are desperate to have the NIN for other purposes, had no option but to pay the 15k to NIMC for processing the DOB correction despite that the error may not be their fault and has already been corrected by the bank that registered them for BVN. |
