The constitution does not support duplicate assembly proclamation. If they so desire, the courts are there to adjudicate. Just like Edo State if the legislators do not like the leadership that came from the first and only recognized proclamation, they have to muster the required 2/3rd membership to remove him. Going to Abuja is senseless and smarks of stupidity. Again with 13 members already with the house leadership, all the government need to do is to lobby the 4 members from the other party to have full control. APC should go and DIE!

Sometimes, I wonder if some of you actually wrote the same WAEC that some of us wrote. If you sit for 8 papers and score F9 in two subjects and P/D8 and above in the other 6 subjects, your certificate will reflect only six subject while your statement of result issued by your school and the WAEC master sheet would reflect the entire 8 subjects.

In the case of Buhari, it is very obvious the original certificate is lost. So, I don’t know the certificate you are talking about that showed 8 papers. WAEC issued an attestation of result to the president last year showing only 6 subjects. Cambridge also issued a certifying statement of result this year showing the same 6 subjects and same grades as shown in that of WAEC. So, where exactly is the discrepancy that you’re taking about? Please back up your claim by posting a copy of any Buhari certificate either from WAEC or Cambridge showing 8 subjects.

There are 6 and 8 subjects. Stop dragging obvious inconsistencies. Those who know have gone silent.
If you tender a CTC from an institution duly signed and endorsed, and their is disputation, then the issuer will be required to confirm such.

Why do you think the Deputy registrar of WAEC was brought to testify? He was to confirmed both the WAEC and Cambridge documents but, seeing obvious discrepancies suddenly disown Cambridge's.

And don't ask me why he was to confirm Cambridge's.

VC is only an office not a person! And the standard procedure is for the occupier of that office to write his/her name under the signature.
Reason being that different persons will be VC at different times.

The defense didn't bring anybody from cambridge to confirm or deny it. Aside that it is inconsistent with WAEC's version.

This fraud will be challenged and after few envelopes exchange hands, the forgery will off and forgotten. if CJN is also challenged tomorrow, similar stories will come up and evidences will be manufactured.
